The home consists of 3 bedrooms (1 queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with a full bed and single bed, 1 bedroom with two twin beds, 1 single cot also available) 1 full bathroom (tub and shower) plus a newly renovated outdoor shower. Newer carpets and paint throughout the house. Newly built screened-in porch with outdoor dining area and restaurant style heater. Rental comes with a new Weber gas grill, beach gear and yard activities. High speed Wifi and streaming services included.

The house is located on a beautiful lot that backs to a protected bird sanctuary and conservation land. We are a 10 minute walk to multiple beaches (Windmill Beach, South Middle Beach, Bass River Beach). And less than a 10 minute walk the other way to Miniature Golf/Go-Karts/Arcade (Skull Island), Pancake Man, Seafood Sam's, Ice Cream shops, Route 28 Diner and more!

    Cozy Cottage close to Beach

    This is a lovely, cozy cottage close to the beach on a quiet street. Great area for walking or riding bikes with the kids. Shopping, restaurants, and pharmacies are close by. as well as a bakery that is within walking distance.
    Bedrooms are spacious, and kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and dinning indoors or outside! We loved grilling on the deck and dinning in the screened-in porch!
    Lovely cottage close to beach- can't wait to return!

    Fantastic Rental

    Recently went on a girl's weekend, but have been here before. Screened in porch is awesome for getting out of the sun or just hanging out at night with a nice breeze! Open kitchen and living area is great for entertaining with plenty of space. Impeccably clean and up to date. Bedrooms are very comfortable! Minutes away from supermarket, shopping areas, mini golf, restaurants and beaches! Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to go back!

    Very welcoming and fun stay for our family. We had an amazing time - walked to the beach, kid's activities close by and fun nights on the porch playing board games and relaxing. Perfect cape get away, we have already rebooked for next year.

    Great location and great cottage

    We've stayed here every year since 2020. It's the perfect size for our family of four. The yard is beautiful overlooking a bird sanctuary. The street is quiet and flat, perfect for bike riding. The location is a perfect central location to adventure anywhere on the Cape, or it's perfect for sticking close to the cottage. We walk to the beach and minigolf. In the mornings we walk to the most delicious bakery for fresh bakery items and homemade quiche and back to the same area in the evenings for gelato. We can walk to the larger beach and restaurants or a shorter walk to the windmill beach to dig for crabs and play in the tidal pools. It's a magical summer place for the kids. The house is a quintessential Cape cottage. We love it on Breezy Point. show more show less
