Perfect Family Cape Cod Home

This property met the needs of our family perfectly. With 6 adults and one toddler, the house had comfortable spots for everyone. The living areas were arranged in a way that was somehow spacious yet cozy at the same time. All amenities, everything from beach towels to kitchen tools, were top notch. No doubt the finest asset of this home was the quick stroll down a path to our very own beautiful, clean, sugar sand beach. The ability to set up umbrellas and chairs but still come and go as we pleased throughout the day was the absolute best. Thank you Monica and Nate!

Perfect in every way!
Home away from home. House was steps to beach, incredibly clean with wonderful hosts. We will be back for sure and couldn't have been happier with property which is exactly as advertised.

We had a very nice time! We came with my in laws and have two young kids (2 and 4). The house had everything we needed, including toys, games etc. The back patio was perfect (and enclosed!) which was great. Every beach item you can think of, including kites, wagons, etc. Monica was super responsive, had a book of suggested restaurants and activities (we tried 4 of them!), and lots of great amenities at the house. Last but not least, the house is in a perfect location - 10 steps to the ocean! So easy with young kids. Thanks again!

Beautiful home, steps from the beach, was great for our smaller group! We really used the outdoor spaces and grilled. It was such a nice long weekend. Would highly recommend.

The proximity to the beach and the fact that they provide the beach towels, the buggy, the sand toys, the chairs make traveling so much easier. Not to mention the house was spotless, the linens, sheets, towels and amenities were above any beyond any rental. I have rented in the vineyard and cape for 40 years and this house provided more amenities than I have ever received. Even having a 13 month granddaughter they had boosters, gates and other accommodations. Can't wait to go back next year. And also by far the best beach ever. Host was awesome to work with. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, beautiful home with all amenities imaginable the only thing you really need to bring is your toothbrush. Great for a family vacation we truly enjoyed our week.

My family and I recently (7/15/23-7/29/23) had the pleasure of staying at Monica's home in Yarmouth. From the moment we arrived to the time we left everything was perfect. I normally don't leave such reviews but thought it appropriate this time given how wonderful our experience was.
First location - the location is better than the pictures reveal. You're just steps away from a great beach which was perfect for our children (5yo and 2yo) and not too crowded even on the nicest of weekend days. The house is also just a short drive away from anything you need from groceries to entertainment (like mini golf, restaurants and the pirate museum).
The house itself was also perfect for our needs. We had my parents and sister come to visit & the house had more than enough space to accommodate everyone. The view from the property can't be overstated. We sat outside every night to enjoy the view.
Finally, the hosts went out of their way to make sure that we had an unforgettable stay. Thank you!

Comfortable, excellent location, well appointed

What a WONDERFUL FAMILY vacation we had while staying at Our Oceanview. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The beach equipment and games were perfect. Outside space was so nice to have and obviously the location to the beach was amazing. We would be so lucky to get to stay at this home again. Do not hesitate to book this vacation. We created so many memories in our short time here, worth it for sure!

Monica and Nate have a beautiful open-concept house very close to a fantastic soft sand beach. The hosts are very responsive to questions, and when we had a little issue with the shower, they responded and addressed it immediately. Their hospitality was also top notch - the house was stocked with most anything you would need for a large family with small kids (we ended up bringing more than was necessary) and the generous gift bag was a really nice touch. The check in and check out policies were also very low maintenance. This was our first family vacation with all of our very young kids, and we made some wonderful memories thanks a lot to this great house. Thanks again Monica and Nate - hope we are able to stay again in the future!

We were very satisfied with the property… the interior is beautifully updated and has all the amenities you would need. The exterior has a private outdoor area, multiple decks, and it is literally steps to the beach. We wish we would have stayed longer!

This home was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better start to the summer. The home was fully equipped with everything you could need and had plenty of space. So many things to do in the area and the beach was beautiful, quiet and clean.

Our family of 5 loved our stay and love this house! We found it to be exactly as described in the listing. What might not be as clear is how the in-law suite works. While we didn't use the hide-a-bed downstairs on the patio level, we did make use of the kitchen and refrigerator for the outside patio and grilling. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of kitchen utensils. We cooked 3 meals during our week and found everything we needed. I saved the best for last and that's the views from the various decks and the very close proximity to the beach itself. A beautiful house and we had such a great time. We would come back in an instance!

Our family had a wonderful time at Monica's home. It's a short 1-minute walk to the beach. The house is nicely decorated, bright and equipped with a brand new bbq and new appliances. Monica also had lawn toys and lots of beach towels and brand new beach chairs. The kitchen has plenty of room for several people to cook together. There are stairs up to the main floor and pretty outdoor spaces on all the levels, including a nice deck that looks out at the ocean. The two bedrooms downstairs by the front door share a bathroom. Two more full bathrooms on the main floor, along with two bedrooms. Down a separate indoor staircase, there's another large living space with a kitchen, half bath and a comfortable sofa bed. It worked well for our family. The baby gate at the top of the main stairs was a plus, too. Monica sent a list of fun restaurants and other information to us, so we could take advantage of the fun spots in the area.

Gorgeous Beach house
We arrived after a long travelling day and walked into a dream beach house. All your decor was so beautiful and your attention to detail about everything was tasteful. All the beds were comfy with high class linens and if we forgot something it was on hand there! All Monica's rainy day activities were very helpful and the restaurants recommendations made our trip so much better. Again wonderful hosts and the quick responses to our messages… they deserve higher than a 5?? Thank you again for making our memorable trip amazing. -Your Canadian Friends ???? Perfect family get away!
We booked a quick family trip to visit our grandparents who live in Yarmouth. The beach was just steps away and we got to experience the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. The kids had plenty to play with as the house was stocked with toys and games for all. We especially enjoyed the comfortable bedrooms and fenced in yard where the family had space to relax and visit the beach. The hosts left a detailed booklet of where to eat, visit and shop. We took many of your recommendations and they were wonderful. You can tell this home is loved and we will be returning soon!

Amazing Retreat for a Relaxing Vacation
I rented this home for a week with my family. The home is perfection, plenty of room for everyone and tastefully decorated for beach retreat comfort. The proximity to the water is absolutely amazing. Even though it wasn't exactly warm, an evening stroll on the beach to watch the sunset is a perfect way to end the day. The location is fantastic within a mile of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and more. During the summer I imagine the location is even more ideal under a mile to mini--golf, a water park and of course the private beach access. Check & Check out was a breeze. Truly a picture perfect beach retreat. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Loved "our Oceanview"
Exactly as advertised. Monica was so amazingly responsive to my many many questions. So great Being so close to the beach. Wonderful views. Solo stove was used often. So many beach toys available. Towels were luxurious and beds super comfortable. Not much else to say. We will be back. Thank you again

The home and location are perfect for a good size family. The view is spectacular. Monica was extremely nice and proactive throughout the whole process. The patio size is perfect for a big family! I highly recommend!

Beautiful home and view
We spent a week here and the house was very spacious for our group of 10. The owners were very responsive and ensured that their home was well stocked with everything we could need. Great location for families with all the fun activities nearby and it comes with a beautiful view. We hope to come back in the future.

Perfect everything!
What a great vacation! The location is perfect - three houses back from South Middle Beach. The house is perfect - just right for a mixed age family of 6 - 4 adults and 2 boys. The boys each had their own sleeping space which made for less commotion.The weather was perfect - mostly sunny but with a few days to skip the beach and go off on adventures. And the view from the back deck was perfect, too. Monica and Nate were wonderful hosts and very receptive to email communication. Linens and towels were provided and the extra beach chairs came in handy. Monica has thought of everything to make the perfect vacation. Thanks for a great 2 weeks!

My friends and I stayed for a Mom's getaway weekend and this home did not disappoint! We were blown away with how gorgeous this home is! It was the perfect Cape Cod getaway home! Monica was so easy to work with and communicated very well with us. They put together a guide book that was very helpful! The walk to the beach was beautiful. Quiet, peaceful, a definite must stay!

Excellent stay for our entire family! We booked this lovely home because we had a small wedding in town. The house was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations! The water views upstairs were spectacular and the layout was open and comfortable enough for 2 families. It felt like the ocean was directly in our kitchen! Even though it is December, the rooms were very sunny, relaxing and brought me back to summer. We took a stroll on the beach to watch the sunset that was only 10 steps from the door. Everything was sparkling clean and the beds were high quality and especially comfortable. We really enjoyed the decor and the open floor plan kitchen where we cooked meals together. The boys loved the open space downstairs and the toys. The host's guide was very informative, providing us with various restaurants and shopping ideas nearby. We even had a chance to check out the pirate's museum with the kids. It's challenging to find a house this large and beautiful right by the ocean without making compromises on comfort. This location had it all and we could tell it was well loved. We have already booked another stay to return for a trip in July! Thank you!
