This is the third Christmas that we have been lucky enough to rent this beautiful, well kept house. Our young granddaughters now call it "Our Christmas House"! Mindy and George have gone to great lengths to make the house feel like we are spending Christmas in our own home.
As we arrived we saw the festive lights and decorations on the front porch. As we entered the house we were delighted to see the many Christmas decorations and the beautiful decorated Christmas tree.
No detail is overlooked. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable.
The view from the primary bedroom is breath taking. The downstairs bedroom/playroom was a great space for our young adult guests.
The kitchen has every thing that you can possibly desire to feel at home. We loved the new bartender's nook!
Although, the weather was cold and sometimes snowy, we were all cozy and warm enjoying the gas fireplace!
As a family we had a wonderful holiday season at the house. Great location and awesome neighborhood to enjoy short walks to the nearby beaches. Let's not forget watching the ferries go by and watching the beautiful sunsets and sometimes sunrise. It never gets old.
We feel very fortunate to have Mindy and George share their home with us. We hope to be back next year.

There are only good compliments for this choice . If possible we would give it 10 stars .It is more than what is stated in the listing. Not only is it beautiful but also very welcoming and comfortable. We fell in love with the deck and spent many hours there. With the bird watching, the sunrises and sunsets, the boats traveling in and out of the harbor, your soul will be soothed there. Not to mention the night time comforts of the deck lighting and the wonderful fire place and its seating at night. We so enjoyed the ambience of the house with its maritime decor, soothing colors and beautiful wood floors. The kitchen is a gem. Everyone in our party wanted to experience it, but, alas we ran out of days. The comforts of the sleeping quarters gave a wonderful nights rest,
The beach buggy and chairs were a wonderful asset for us as well as the 9 minute walk to the beach. It was truly a gem to us and look forward to renting next year. A big Thank You to the Lefortes for allowing us to share their home!

We had our summer 2024 family vacation at this house, 8 adults and 2 children. The house was a perfect fit for all of us, plenty of space. The kids had a lot of activities in the house and there were plenty activities for them outside. The deck is big with nice seating and 2 grills which were great for eating at home. They provide a lot of beach stuff which was great because we didn't have to pack anything. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The AC in the house worked great on those hot days. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this house! Great location with a short walk to the beach and amazing ocean views from the deck. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and the house was very clean. Perfect spot for a family with plenty of sleeping options. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This was our second time staying for our family Christmas holiday. The house was just as lovely as the first time. From start to finish our Christmas holiday was spectacular and relaxing! The owners are very thoughtful ,friendly and helpful. Great location, clean home and plenty of room to accommodate all our guests. Our granddaughters love the backyard playground especially tree swing and walks on the beach. We definitely would to like rent again.

This is a beautiful house that accommodated our group nicely - 4 couples, 2 single 20's and a 3 and 2 year old. We loved that we had everything we needed including stocked kitchen, beach chairs, bikes, linens, etc. The beach was an easy walk and perfect for the 3 and 2 year old. I hope I can return next year. We had an awesome vacation!

We had a great time in west Yarmouth. We went paddle boarding and rented a motor boat in Lewis bay. We also went to a lot of local bars like trader Ed's and the 19th hole. We were able to visit ptown, the comah, and the woodshed a little bit farther away. Great spot!!!

During our recent vacation to West Yarmouth, we had the pleasure of staying in the most delightful home, overlooking Lewis Bay. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty and charm of this property.

The moment we stepped onto the back deck, we were greeted by the most breathtaking panoramic views. It was love at first sight! The deck was thoughtfully designed with ample comfortable seating, allowing us to soak in the mesmerizing sunsets and enjoy the calming sea breeze.

The interior of the home was equally impressive. The décor was tastefully done, reflecting a perfect blend of coastal charm and modern elegance. The kitchen and dining room boasted windows that framed the bay view perfectly, creating a sense of tranquility even when we were indoors. We appreciated the attention to detail, from the carefully selected furnishings to the nautical-themed accents that added character to the space.

The kitchen was a dream for anyone who loves to cook. Fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of counter space, preparing meals was a joy. We often found ourselves congregating around the kitchen island, enjoying conversations and laughter as we whipped up delicious dishes.

The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting, and we slept peacefully each night, rejuvenating ourselves for the next day's adventures.

The proximity to the bay allowed us to partake in various water activities, and the homeowners were kind enough to provide kayaks for our use. Exploring the bay from the water was an absolute delight and added a sense of adventure to our vacation.

The location of the home was also convenient for exploring Hyannis. Everything seemed within reach, making our vacation a well-rounded experience.

Perhaps one of the most delightful aspects of our stay was the hospitality of the homeowners. They ensured we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Their recommendations for local dining spots and activities were spot on, further enhancing our vacation.

We could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Your home is wonderful and we had the best week (even if it rained one day). 3 minutes walk the beach, five minutes drive to restaurants and shopping, views from the massive deck. All I can say thank you, we'll be back

We had an amazing stay at this home. The communication was great and any concerns were dealt with immediately. The house was not only exceptionally clean but also very cozy and comfortable for all of my guests. Especially, when we were inside during the cold and snowy weather. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores and just a short walk to the beach! Let's not forget the ocean view and the beautiful sunsets we observed nightly.

We enjoyed our stay and our Christmas 2022 was fun and relaxing. We can't wait to come back and enjoy another Christmas holiday season there.

Beautiful, cozy, clean, spacious beach rental more like a gorgeous well-kept home with everything that was needed & more. Decor was stunning & more than enough room. Patio was the largest I have rented yet, recently extended for comfort, breathtaking view & quick walk to the beach. Owners were friendly, accommodating, helpful & kind. Would highly recommend this to anyone & definitely will be returning. Thanks for the great hospitality.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend in the off season and it was wonderful. Beautiful home with plenty of space to hang out and a big porch where you can see the water. It's only steps to the beach and a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to downtown Hyannis. It slept 12 adults and two toddlers comfortably. It was also very kid friendly with a porch gate and a pack and play. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time, first time to the cape in autumn and we are able to just bring groceries, unpack, relax and enjoy the view. We will definitely book again
