Located on a quiet residential street, this traditional Cape cottage comfortably sleeps five. The two-bedroom house is bright and airy with two bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom. Washer/dryer combo, stove and oven are new as of August 2022.

The fenced in backyard offers nice shade and space for the kids to safely play, as well as plenty of seating for grilling out or simply enjoying your morning coffee. There is an outdoor shower, gas grill, picnic table with benches, and Adirondack chairs. This peaceful neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides, and the house includes 2 beach cruiser bicycles.

The house is only a 6/10 mile walk to Windmill Beach and 8/10 mile walk to South Middle Beach. Just 1 mile away is Parker River Beach, where the whole family can enjoy the Yarmouth Summer Concert series on Monday nights. Walking distance to fishing pier.

This is an awesome location for families, with lots to do nearby. The house is less than 1 mile south of Route 28, close to numerous restaurants, mini-golf, and much more. The Cape Cod Inflatable water park and Whydah Pirate Museum are both less than a 2-mile drive, and just a half mile away is Skull Island with mini-golf, an arcade, and a golf driving range.

The master bedroom sleeps two, and the second bedroom sleeps three (1 twin bed and 1 twin with pull-out trundle). Each bedroom has oscillating fans and windows that open wide for nice cross breezes. Bed linens are provided upon request.
