It's always a challenge finding a place to accommodate our large family, and this was the perfect house for us! There are ample bedrooms, dining and living areas, and bathrooms. Everything was as advertised. Vicky and Rick were very responsive and went out to their way to ensure we enjoyed our time there.

We had a great time at Vicky's place for a family vacation. Plenty of room for 12 of us. The house was very clean and well stocked with dishes, silverware, utensils and pots/pans as we prepared many meals there. Good central location to visit different parts of the Cape and different shops and restaurants. Would love to come back someday!

Could not ask for a better house on cape. With 6 people we had all the room in the world and it's so close to so many great restaurants and activities. Truly a 10/10.

What a fabulous place!
We were gathering as a family for a memorial service and the house was so accommodating for us after the service. Bedrooms are roomy, comfortable, well-designed and quiet. House is well-stocked and has a variety of lovely spaces.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful We look forward to a return under happier circumstances.

We had a wonderful winter stay at Vicky's house. It was perfect for our two families of cousins to spend time together over the holidays, and we really appreciated the downstairs space for the children and its gaming area, as well as plenty of room to spread out. We greatly enjoyed the walk to Bass River, so peaceful and serene with great trails right nearby. Vicky was helpful and responsive to every question and had an excellent list of local restaurants and places to check out.

This home was a great vacation rental. It was just as the description said it would be. It accommodated our large 2 family (14 people) group comfortably. It was clean, spacious and fully stocked. The location was excellent. Communication with Vicky was outstanding. I highly recommend this rental!

A mostly delightful and wonderful experience. The host was very friendly, provided clear communication at all stages. We were most comfortable and felt right at home.

Our family of of 8 adults and 5 kids really enjoyed this home and all the amenities! There was plenty of living space and the back sunroom was a real highlight for the early risers in the morning. The kitchen is very well equipped and modern. There were books and toys for the kids to enjoy. Everything for the beach was provided - chairs, a cart to haul them, umbrellas, a cooler, beach toys and towels. We enjoyed daily walks on the bike trail with the close proximity and rented bikes. The trail is wonderful! The owner gave us so much good information and was spot on with her recommendations for beaches, etc.

We could not have stayed in a better house for our weekly family vacation to Cape Cod. Three families were comfortably accommodated in this house, each with their own bathroom. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and all the lounging space, including the enclosed porch. It was so nice for the kids to have their own space to play and be kids. The house was located a short drive away from our favorite beaches and coffee shop. Vicky and her husband were very communicative and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a very large group and finding a place to accommodate us was challenging. The house was fully stocked and there was plenty of room for all of us. Vicky was very responsive to all of our questions and there were many. Welcome basket was a lovely surprise. The additional refrigerator in the garage was a definite plus to keep all the drinks for us cold. The house is centrally located and close to multiple beaches. Not sure what our plans will be for next summer but will definitely return to this house for the next family trip to the cape.

The home was large with multiple bedrooms and ample space for a large family. It was stocked with everything that could be needed and had beautiful decor. The owners provided a great list of things to do in the area. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the home for our vacation.

This was a great place for us to stay with our family. It is a lovely home, centrally located to nearby beaches.The open floor plan and vaulted ceilings made for a very livable and cozy setting. With French doors off the kitchen and living room to the backyard patio, the inside and outside flow beautifully. The fire-pit was a wonderful spot to hang out in the evening. The kitchen was very well stocked with tools and items needed to cook, The house was exquisite - just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare. Everything was perfect upon arrival and Vicky was very helpful throughout our stay.

House was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Hosts are superb! Great communication and very helpful when needed. We loved the place and plan to come back.

We spent a lovely weekend at Vicky's and it was just gorgeous. The neighborhood is so quiet and adorable. The house had 5 bedrooms, most of which had multiple beds. We actually had another family with us and everyone had their own bed. The decor really made you feel like you were at the beach and it was just a short drive from the shore.
