Guest will enter on the side of the house off of Lucerne drive. Here guest will park (4 parking spots) and walk up on the stone walkway. Here the entrance will take them into the vast living room with a beautiful exposed brick wall that houses the fire place in the 2nd living room. Sign into any of your favorite streaming sites to watch on our 60inch smart TV.

Beyond the living room you will be greeted by the beautiful galley kitchen and dinning room that is well equipped with silverware, pots&pans, cups, blender, cooking utensils, etc. Enough to whip up a beautiful meal after a nice day spent exploring the lush terrain and beautiful beaches that Cape Cod has to offer!

Head down in the basement where you will find a beautifully crafted MEDIA ROOM, GYM, LAUNDRY ROOM and 1/2 bathroom for your enjoyment! Media room houses a 50 inch smart TV and gym has a 32 inch TV where guest can log into any of their favorite streaming sights or stream your next online work out in the gym. Our gym offers everything you would need to keep that beach body sculpted for your long and relaxing days at the beach! 1/2 inch thick rubber mats line the floor so they can tolerate however intense a workout you may desire!

Head back upstairs and to the left you will find the hallway with an adjoining full bath. (don't forget about the OUTDOOR SHOWER on those bright, blue sky, sunny days!) Continuing down the hall you will find all three bedrooms. Beat the heat with the CENTRAL AC or on those cool crisp Cape Cod night, crack the windows and find yourself listening to the sounds of nature as you softly drift to sleep!

When you awake, FORGET GETTING IN YOUR CAR FOR FOOD OR GROCERIES!!! As you exit the home facing Lucerne drive, take a left. Walk straight and you will find yourself on Apache Drive. Within minutes you will arrive on the famous ROUTE 6A. Here you will take a right and on your left hand side you will see PETERSONS MARKET. Also, within this plaza you will find a WALGREENS. Great for if you forgot that tube of toothpaste or contact lens solution!

Conveniently located in the heart of Cape Cod! This updated ranch is within walking distance to Peterson's Market and nearby Dennis Village. Take a stroll down the boardwalk at Gray's Beach and watch the magnificent sunsets over the marsh. The ever-popular Dennis Beaches are just about 3 miles away. Oliver's Restaurant, Capt'n Frosty's, and other great restaurants are minutes away. Quaint little stores, ice cream, and coffee shops are nearby. Bike Path and Walking trails are about a mile away.

    Wonderful stay!

    This beautiful Cape home is in a perfect location to explore the area. The home had everything we needed for our family vacation. Plenty of space and all of the amenities needed. Beaches and restaurants in the area are the best. We also found pickleball courts in Harwich to play, and a playground for the kids.
    We loved our week there, and highly recommend it.

    Fabulous!!!!

    We stayed in this beautiful home last week. Beautifully decorated and a well equipped kitchen — very spacious home!! My family and I were very pleased with how close it is to Mayflower and Corporation beaches!!! The owner is very responsive!! The out door gas fireplace is awesome and the yard is beautifully kept - best part it has central ac and with the heat this summer it was a welcome treat !!! Highly recommend this house !!!
