Sea Breeze is ideally located in the mid Cape area. It is south of Rte 28 and is 1 + mile to Seagull Beach on the warm breezy waters of Nantucket Sound. This property is a single level ranch that has been professionally expanded to include a large open concept living and kitchen area and a private primary bedroom suite.

In addition to the primary bedroom suite with king bed and full bathroom, the home includes two additional bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 3 twin beds (a single and one bunk bed). Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is a farmer’s porch on the front of the house which is a nice spot to watch the sunset sky. The back of the home has a large deck with dining area and umbrella. The backyard also includes an outdoor shower, firepit and grille.

The neighborhood, which borders a salt marsh, is very quiet and child friendly and is a lovely area to walk or ride your bikes. The backyard abuts a large undeveloped wooded area which provides some nice privacy.

On Rte 28 you‘ll find food shopping, liquor stores, pharmacies, restaurants, ice cream, a bakery, mini golf, bowling, beach shops Cape Cod inflatable/water park, and the Whydah Pirate Museum.
