My memories of the Cape go back to the time I was a little girl vacationing with my family in the Chatham-Orleans area. My parents eventually built a retirement home in Brewster where they spent many years enjoying the view of Sheep Pond and playing the many golf courses in the area. I previously owned a condo on Grand Cove in Dennis. The location reinforced many of my childhood memories but has gave me room to explore new to me areas of the Cape. I love old buildings, so I was thrilled to find a relatively modern unit in a Victorian carriage house. The setting was one of a kind. I swapped out the condo for a small house in November 2021.

What is special about this property?
The Cottonwood house is in a quiet neighborhood next to a Boy Scout camp. The location is close to beaches and shopping and is great for walking and biking. A golf course is less than a mile away. Interesting, moderately priced restaurants are close by. The location offers the uniqueness of the Cape with easy access to it's attractions.

Yarmouthport s a small, friendly town with great shops, restaurants, and beaches. Dining in the area is for the most part casual, with a number of outside venues and restaurants that are open year round.
