    Lovely rental house

This is a great house for a small family (3-4) to stay. The house is well equipped with everything you need, specially if you are coming out of state. It has a great location since It's close to everything from shops, restaurants and the beach.
We had a small dog with us and she love the big patio where she could run openly since it is fenced. The owner was also very quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a great two week stay!

    Great stay!

We had a great stay at the property for 2 weeks in August. We had two adults, 1 child and a dog. The things that were important to us were all as described. AC - each bedroom had its own AC unit, and there was a common one for the kitchen, living room and bonus area. Outdoor shower - great shower flow and plenty of hot water. The backyard is whimsical - with the LED lights and a chandelier in a tree! The backyard is fully enclosed which was great for both the kid and the dog. The living room had nice TV/couch set-up and we even played some board games that are available for guests. The bedrooms were good sized, and the house had linens and towels.
The kitchen is well stocked with necessities, and having Keurig coffee machine with free coffee pods was a nice bonus! The kitchen also had a pressure cooker, so we used that few times. There is laundry area in the second full bathroom, so that was nice to be able to do laundry mid-way through.
We mainly went to the Seagull beach in the morning/early afternoon, and then visited different beaches in the late afternoon and evening.
Owners were very responsive during initial booking and prior to arrival, and checked in with us throughout our stay. To summarize - lovely stay overall!

    Hello,
I am Thi, my wife Phuong have been married for 19 years we have two sons; Ryan and Dylan. Our family loves traveling and beaches. We love Cape Cod as there are a lot of fun activities for adults and children on the Cape especially in the summer. We like to spend our time on the Cape whenever, our busy working schedule and the boys' schools and sports activities allow us.

What is special about this property?
The home is centrally located near all Cape Cod's amenities and beaches; steps to the Cape's classic restaurant, Captain Parkers Pub, Scalley's Irish Ale House, the Lobster boat restaurant, Yarmouth house and more. Also close to Sharky's Beach Shop, Pirates Cove, Cape cod inflatable park, . Sun, sand & flip flops - plant your beach chairs on beautiful beaches in the town of Yarmouth; Seagull, Thatcher and Seaview beach just under 2 miles down scenic roads. Short distance drive across town to Mayflower beach and 3-minute drive to the fresh water Long pond beach. An all around fenced-in generous size back yard ideally not only for safely keep your small kids and pets in also for adults' activities such as volleyball, badminton, horse shoe game, playing catch and more or just simply chill next to the fire pit or laying on the between trees hammock.

What is special about your town?
One of the oldest towns on Cape Cod, Yarmouth enjoys shoreline on both Cape Cod Bay and Nantucket Sound and offers three distinctive villages rich in history – West Yarmouth, Yarmouth Port and South Yarmouth.
The villages of West and South Yarmouth are more commercially settled. The Route 28 side is lined with hotels, motels, restaurants, souvenir shops, miniature golf courses and such visitor-friendly attractions as an inflatable water park. Bass River, the longest tidal river on the eastern seaboard, is surrounded by historic homes and elegant waterfront estates.
Nature walks and scenic hikes in the town take you through conservation areas and along marshes, ponds, and beaches. Popular trails include Callery-Darling Conservation Area and Crab Creek Conservation Area. In recent years, the Cape Cod Rail Trail was extended to South Yarmouth, providing a new entryway to the 25.5 mile paved rail trail that meanders all the way into Wellfleet (an extension into Barnstable is also planned). The town has four golf courses, including two municipal courses, and many areas for kayaking and paddleboarding, particularly Bass River.
Yarmouth is home to several beaches, from cozy bay beaches to expansive, sandy beaches. Windsurfing is a favorite activity at Seagull Beach, and Bass River Beach (also known as Smugglers Beach) has become known for its annual sand castle contest.
    The Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce.
