Beautiful home, newly renovated with great style. Well stocked kitchen. Host was so hospitable and helpful. 10 min walk to a great beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, with anything you might need supplied. It was a great home base location, near the beach with countless eateries and attractions minutes away. We would happily return.

Tracy's house was perfect! Location was amazing, the house was very updated and could not have been cleaner. Right down the road for a lot of restaurants and attractions. We'll be back for sure!

What a beautiful place Tracy and Tom have, the pictures are exactly what you expect when you arrive. Check in was straight forward and really loved the new kitchen and baths. You can tell they put a lot of thought into it, including the beach theme. Excellent location, a simple 10 min walk to the beach, 15 min drive to Hyannis to the ferries and day/night life and 15 mins to Dennis for bike rentals. The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. We will definitely stay again.

The location could not be better with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We particularly liked Skipper Chowder house restaurant across the street from the walkable beach. Communication was also flawless

Our family was in a pinch and needed last minute accommodations to meet the needs of our family of 3 + mother in law. Communication from the start was wonderful and we felt so grateful to have this rental as an option. We were very happy with the house. Our family had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen and both bathrooms are nicely updated/brand new. There's a nice outdoor space, outdoor shower, big new kitchen, 2 beautiful bathrooms, easy streaming with a nice den/tv & a washer & dryer. Plus towels/ beach chairs. The beach is a few blocks away and really lovely. We used our own linens for bedding but linens and bath towels were provided.

Beautifuly renovated house. Clean and nice attention to detail. Pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute drive to shops and mini golf. Would book again in a heartbeat.

We just got home from a fantastic week on the Cape! Tracy's place was spotless and all communication with her was seamless. We are a family of five and we had plenty of room to spread out. Everything you need for the week is there, down to beach chairs. The house in on a quiet street that is a quick walk or bike to a small beach with restaurant and ice cream across the street. We enjoyed more than a few Cape League baseball games and this location was pretty central to everything. Book if you can, you'll love it!

This house is awesome, very clean with many modern updates. It is located in a nice, quiet residential community where we felt very safe. However, it is also close to beach access, restaurants, activities, shops and necessities. The AC was lovely and there was plenty of hot water for 5 people to take numerous showers each day. The WiFi was more than adequate and the layout allowed for family gathering or separation as needed. We parked two cars, but could have fit at least two more. We had a great time and would definitely come back here!

Tracy's place is absolutely stunning. It's very clean and brand new. We loved hanging on the deck which was shaded most of the day (this was a big plus for us). The walk to the beach is also very nice, we did it several times without a problem. Tom was extremely responsive and came by really quickly to help. We would absolutely recommend staying there!
