We found a gem!!! The home was immaculate, both inside and out, with plenty of space for our family of 7. We enjoyed the sun room with its incredibly comfortable furniture and relaxing vibe. The new 1/2 bath in the large basement is a huge plus, as is the outdoor shower. The landscaping on this property is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained. We found the backyard/patio to be incredibly relaxing after a long day in the sun and spent many nights either gazing at the stars or making s'mores in the firepit. We've stayed in Yarmouth for years and this property is centrally located to many restaurants and attractions, yet feels far enough away to have that serene feel we all want on vacation. This house was perfect for us and in a great location ! Noreen was very responsive to any questions that I had and a great host! This property has everything you need from board games, to a fully stocked kitchen etc! What I loved most about this property was the sun room which we spent each night playing board games - this room has sliding glass doors in the front of the room and also the back and large ceiling fan making for the most relaxing and comfortable evenings. I also enjoyed spending a few moments here after the beach and closing my eyes! We created great family memories and we hope to be able to secure a reservation next year ! show more show less

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and well equipped. We especially loved being able to use the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The house is conveniently located to everything we needed-beach, store and restaurants. The homeowner, Noreen, was very responsive and easy to work with. The bottle of wine and treats that were there when we arrived was such a nice touch. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Amazing property inside and out! The house is very conveniently located to shops, beaches and restaurants. My children loved riding their bikes in the quiet neighborhood. The house is a great size for a 2 bedroom and had all the amenities we could have possibly needed for a vacation. The laundry was definitely a bonus! The beds were very comfortable. The decor was very cute and nautical themed as well. Noreen was very responsive as soon as I had inquired about renting the week and easy to work with throughout our stay. We have been renting at the Cape for 6 years and this house was by far my favorite. Plenty of room, great yard and patio. Absolutely perfect for the 4 of us. Can't wait to return!
