Another wonderful week at Arty and Laura's house. This is our second year renting this well appointed home just a just walk to the beach. Arty is a great host and responded quickly to questions and requests. We love the large yard, perfect for kids who love to run and play. We appreciated the addition of the little tikes picnic table. The Association beach is perfect for little kids and larger Seagull beach is just down the street . We happen to experience a short city-wide black out and Arty contacted us immediately to tell us where to find flashlights and a lamp. Thank-you for an another wonderful week.

Totally enjoyed the week @ this home for the 2nd time! Love the attention to all the details and totally enjoy the deck/BIG backyard! :)

We had a wonderful stay in this charming home. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was available and shared lots of information prior to arriving. Close to beach, mini golf and all our favorite restaurants! We will be for sure staying again.

We feel so lucky to have found this gem of a vacation home. Extremely clean, very child and family friendly, incredible backyard and simple walk to a gorgeous beach.
The bedrooms are spacious and provide ample drawers and closets to store your belongings. The three season room and side deck offer wonderful hangout spaces. The homeowners graciously provide a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella for renter convenience. It's renovated and updated but with classic cape charm. Also, Arty was quick to respond with any questions and made the check-in process a breeze.

Well-maintained house with great accommodations. The three seasons room was a big hit with my family, and my kids loved just hanging out and playing in the large backyard (atypical for the Cape). Having a private beach within easy walking distance was also a blessing. The location was nice too, as it felt private while also being right near the main drag. If we travel as a group of six again next year, I'd almost certainly book this house again.

We have rented in this perfect association for fifteen years. This year was the easiest and most lovely. Everything we have lugged here in years past has been thought of from a fire pit to band aids. There is a wonderful yard for wiffle ball and corn hole.

We absolutely loved our stay and only wished we booked it for 2 weeks instead of 1! :)
The location, the house , and the awesome yard was perfect for us. In all my years of renting down the Cape I have never dealt with a more thorough/transparent owner! It was so helpful to receive a list of what is already provided. The house was very clean, well stocked, and 100% enjoyable. Definitely look forward to another stay :)

We had a wonderful week with our grandchildren at Arty and Laura's home. Not only was the house perfect and very close to a perfect beach for kids, the outside jproperty is also great. Lots of grass space to play and shady spaces for sitting out of the sun. They provided lawn toys and a wagon to walk toddlers to beach or simply lug your supplies. The dirt road was great for bike riding. West Yarmouth provides quick access to mini-golf and a water park. We would rent here again.

We had a great week with our family of 5! This immaculate house was perfect with large, comfortable rooms and 2 full bathrooms (plus outdoor shower). The deck was our favorite spot to hang out with plenty of room for all of us. The private beach was a short walk and all the beach supplies were available including a nice beach cart. We took a walk every morning around the area admiring the beautiful homes. The large lawn gave us plenty of room to entertain and play cornhole & ladderball (provided). The 3 season room was also a favorite place to gather, eat, read or watch TV. There is plenty of room to spread out for all of us. We really love this house and the location was so convenient to restaurants, shops, activities, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a really lovely house. It is on a large lot with plenty of parking. The deck and screened porch were our favorite spots. We were there a few very hot days and the window AC units were plenty to keep the house cool. The living room is large with plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked including plastic bags, tin foil, etc. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The staircase to the second floor bedrooms is a bit steep so I wouldn't plan for anyone with mobility issues to stay up there. There is one first floor bedroom. Washer/dryer are in the basement.

The neighborhood beach is perfect. It never felt crowded as it is only used by families in the neighborhood. There is a small stream that empties into the bay, giving the kids a great place to explore and search for crabs and little fish. There is water to swim in whether the tide is high or low, which isn't the case in many spots on the cape. There is also a rope of floats to designate how deep the kids can go when swimming which is really helpful for parents. This is not a beach where you can go for long walks as it is directly adjacent to private beaches. The rental provides beach chairs and a sturdy wagon to get them there. The walk is about ten minutes. You can also drive and park at the beach - we never had trouble finding a spot. One beach parking pass is provided.

Communication from the owner was excellent. I highly recommend this rental.

This is an excellent house to vacation in. I was here for a week with my family at the end of July 2022 and it was great. The house is in impeccable condition. It's got very comfortable furniture, a nice side room off of the living room with screened in windows on three sides, a big kitchen and a spacious deck right off the kitchen where you get a warm Cape wind throughout the day and night.

There's also a lot of land all around the house which is nice. The Association beach is up the street and it was always our leisurely walk off your supper destination. The owner Arty Hilliard was great to the deal. Whether it be a direct call or text Arty was very accessible, responsive and friendly. I would recommend this vacation house to anyone.

Spent a wonderful week in West Yarmouth in a beautiful 3 BR home near the private beach where we could walk, swim, and enjoy beautiful evenings. The house was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed. Including A/C!! Appliances worked well so we could enjoy coffee in the morning watching the news and get ready for our daily adventures. Also, a very comfortable family room to sit and just read. Great house!

We had a wonderful week at this rental! It had everything we needed for our family to have a fun and memorable time. First of all, it was extremely clean and we felt very safe staying there. The Guest Book had any reference information we needed as well as suggestions for food, shopping etc.

The private beach was amazing (a short walk) and everything we needed was provided (beach cart, chairs, etc.). We gathered around the firepit, played cornhole, hung out on the deck (beautifully lit up at night), grilled dinners and ate in the awesome 3 season room. The location was great, convenient to food, shopping, paddleboarding, many beaches, Ferrys, mini-golf and more.

The house had everything we needed (TVs, A/C, appliances, washer/dryer, games, kitchen items) which made it so easy as we traveled from ~800 miles away. The keyless entry was great as we sometimes separated for different activities. The house itself is on a beautiful private street with lots of outdoor space and privacy. It is beautifully decorated and there was so much room for the 5 of us to either gather together or spread out and have our own space to relax.

We have been vacationing on the Cape for many years and this has been my favorite rental so far! I would definitely rent this home again!
