Immaculate Beach House on a family-friendly, quiet street. Short walk or bike ride to the warm waters of Nantucket Sound beaches all off South Shore Drive (Smugglers Beach, South Middle Beach, Parkers River Beach, Seaview Beach, and Thatcher Beach) or enjoy fishing/boating activities on nearby Bass River.

Walking distance to very popular casual family dining (Skipper Chowder House, Captain Parker's, Gerardi's Cafe), mini golf, and go-carts. Short drive to Main Street Hyannis Restaurants and Ferries to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.

The house has an open kitchen, dining, and TV/Family room floor plan. There is a master bedroom with Queen bed, TV, and full bath. The second bedroom has two double beds. The second bathroom with shower is across the hall. Recently added Three Season room off of the kitchen with private outdoor shower and back yard. The yard is perfect for leisurely nights grilling in or family activities on the manicured lawn. Washer/Dryer, Central Air, WIFI, Cable with Flat Screen TV's, and gas grill. One Nest doorbell in front of the home for security. Bed sheets, towels, and beach equipment are not included with rental.
