This cape house is clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. The owner is very helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor patio is perfectly complete with umbrella/table, easy-to-operate fire pit an outdoor shower. In addition to the great living room area and bedrooms, the porch has comfortable furniture - great for coffee and a good book. Neighborhood is quiet, but close in proximity to beach, restaurants and other things to do. We had a very nice vacation. We would definitely rent it again. show more show less

Returned for a long stay. Plenty of room and amenitities. House well stocked, wonderful outdoor shower, patio to relax on, firepit, etc. Clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions. All you could ask for. Gayle and Mark are totally caring hosts who are always available and happy to assist you. Can't wait to come back!

Gayle and Mark were like family (a good family)! They were always responsive to our needs so we felt very comfortable. This was our second visit and we were happy to return. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and even when the weather wasn't great there were games in the house and shopping and activities nearby. Great outdoor shower and lots of bunnies visiting . A wonderful vacation retreat.

My family thoroughly enjoyed a week at this very comfortable,well equipped,beautifully decorated vacation home. It sits in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The outdoor shower is so refreshing after a day at the beach. Also, the patio was perfect for dining and just relaxing with a cold beverage or morning coffee.
The air conditioning throughout the house was much appreciated during the heatwave we were experiencing.
Gayle, the owner, was easy to contact and quick to respond to messages. She made sure our stay was perfect.

We had a wonderful weeks stay at this comfortable, well stocked home. I loved that it had a king size (very comfortable!) bed in the master bedroom. Many rentals only have queens. A/C units in the bedrooms and kitchen made all the difference as it was a very, HOT week at the Cape!

We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch morning and evening having our coffee or cocktails! Plenty of dishes, cookware etc. Perhaps a few wine glasses would be nice but this house really does a nice job at supplying all the necessities. Plenty of space for 6 people to sleep. Went for a long weekend. We had a great time. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beaches were just about a mile down the road, so very convenient. Rt28 nearby as well. Many restaurants and activities. Loved sitting in backyard for our morning coffee. Outside shower is great after a long day at the beach. Plenty of parking too !

The cottage was attractively decorated, well kept and very clean. Close to neighboring attractions and shopping Rt. 28. We enjoyed our walks to the beach and relaxing on the patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

My family and I rented this home for a long weekend. It had plenty of space, a great fenced in outdoor area, and was extremely convenient to the beach and Rt 28. Gayle, the owner was very responsive to emails and questions and everything about renting this home was extremely easy!

We enjoyed a week here even with a hurricane warning. Gayle was in touch and made sure everything was OK with us and the house.
The cute house is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Rt 28 which has all sorts of restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the road after 4 when it was free parking. We also visited other nearby beaches and enjoyed activities on Lower and Upper Cape since we were centrally located.

The house is well-equipped for cooking, grilling and just relaxing. We had an awesome time and did not want to leave.

We had a great week stay at this home. I wasn't super familiar with the area, but it ended up being a great base for trips to the upper Cape or lower Cape! Beach was a 15-minute walk or a quick drive if you wanted to pay for parking. Mini golf, ice cream and go-karts were a short walk up the street.

The home was well equipped and clean, and the hosts were great to communicate with.
