Amazing Water Views of Lewis Bay from Upscale Beach House

This property was perfect! We've been to the Cape several times and usually stay in Orleans or Eastham. However, we were very pleased with the central location and its proximity to Route 28. The Hyannis Transportation Center and Hyannis airport were also fairly close. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and there were several eating establishments within walking distance. And, best of all, there was a public beach just a few steps away. The property itself was very well maintained, exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped. Mike responded promptly to my emails before the trip and also greeted us in person when we arrived. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

This was our second year in a row and we loved it again. It's a great location; the house is spotless and it has everything you need and more! Mike is easy to communicate with, and he's generous and friendly. It has the most comfortable deck with a great view!
We would absolutely stay here again.

So I don't know where to start. This place is absolutely amazing! The amazing Water View. The proximity to the beach. The beautiful home. Proximity to Hyannis and all that has to offer. It was a perfect vacation home! Having a parking area that is covered to park in is actually really nice. A place to safely store our bikes and beach gear out of the weather is really nice.

One thing to be clear about (and this is NOT a bad thing at all, just be aware of what you're getting) is it's really only meant for one smaller family. It would sleep 6 at the absolute most (and of course the homeowner might have other restrictions). it's an absolutely perfect fit for my wife and I and two teenagers! We had enough space to spread out, but also enjoyed our time together.

My daughter and I decided to treat ourselves to a week in this fabulous house for our birthdays. We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect - Mike thought of everything! He showed me around personally, and even remembered that we were celebrating our birthdays. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Mike made this vacation so easy and thoroughly enjoyable. We will be back!!

The house was new, remodeled and spotless. It came with everything you need for your stay. The location and view was…perfection!

We loved everything about this house. The location is wonderful, the house has everything you could possibly need and it was immaculate. Mike was a great host; friendly and easy to communicate with. He wants you to be comfortable and have a great vacation. The house is a good size for a small family.

We had an absolutely amazing time during our week. This home was perfect for our family of four. Well equipped, well cared for, and super close to the beach. I very much agree with the description to keep it to 6 people, any more than this and it would be too crowded, but for our family it was absolutely perfect and we absolutely hope to go back. This house was perfect for our week at the Cape. We loved the short walk to the beach and quiet neighborhood. The upstairs deck was our favorite spot for enjoying the beautiful views. Mike was a great host and made sure anything we would need for our vacation was provided. The house and amenities were spot on!! We can't wait to come back- Thank you!

Myself, my wife, and my 3 year old stayed at this house for the week of July 4th and had a wonderful time. The house was exceptionally well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, etc which reduced the need to overpack. The house was exceptionally clean, organized, and overall an very comfortable place to stay for a small family. Mike was very easy to communicate with and was a fantastic host!

We spend a week at Mike's beautiful house. This place is situated in a great location (1 min walk to the beach!), sparkling clean and very well equipped (including even beach chairs). Mike was very friendly and responsive. Thanks for having us. We will certainly go again!!!

This rental property is fantastic! My friend rented the house in June and invited me down for the week. I loved the house and location so much I decided to rent it in August with my husband. The views are spectacular and the house is modern, clean and has everything you need. The owner Mike goes above and beyond to make sure his renters are happy and enjoy the vacation. I would recommend this rental property to anyone who is looking for a Slice of Heaven on the Cape. The only suggestion I would make is to provide some type of covering for shade on the outside deck. Maybe either an awning or a few umbrellas in the corners. Thanks for everything Mike and we will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is brand new, with all the latest appliances and systems. The house is cozy, clean and well furnished, with views of the water. It is a perfect size for a family of 5 (three adults and two young children). The walk to the beach is about two minutes. The beach is beautiful, with warm, shallow water perfect for kids. The owner is very responsive. Overall, a great property in a lovely, quiet neighborhood.

The property is newly renovated with beautiful views and very well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Walking distance to the beach which is perfect for families with small kids.
The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the property he made sure that we are familiar with the property and the area. Before arriving we asked if he can provide a pack and play for our 10 months old and he did, during our stay one of the fire alarms went off at 11 at night and he helped us fix the issue and provided a new fire alarm the next day.

We've been vacationing at the Cape for over 30 years and this is one of the nicest we've ever rented. The home was immaculate and all the amenities new. The view of the bay was spectacular and just a very short walk to the beach. Mike met us there and was very helpful. As a bonus it is centrally located yet in a very quiet neighborhood.

I highly recommend this gem of a property. Brand new construction, fantastic location, beautifully appointed. The owner provides everything you need for a lovely vacation, and everything is top-quality. The outdoor shower is like a spa, the grill is a Weber, the sheets and towels are new, soft and comfortable. There are beach chairs, a beach cart and umbrellas provided. The kitchen is very well stocked. This is not a huge house, but every square inch is well utilized and planned out, so it never felt cramped or confined. And the pictures don't do the views justice - the house is VERY close to a lovely beach, and has unobstructed views of the bay.

Perhaps most importantly, the owner was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Rather than dealing with a corporate entity/rental company, you deal with the property owner himself, and he cares about making sure his guests are happy and comfortable. He was quick to respond to emails, gave us many tips for enjoying the area, and generally very pleasant. I have already recommended this property to friends and family.

What an amazing home! Beyond the fact that you are steps from the beach, the house is wonderfully built and beautifully appointed. When you walk in, you know immediately that you are at the beach.

The living room and kitchen area is comfortable and cozy for hanging out and enjoying the end of a great beach day. Anything you might need--from beach towels to lawn darts--has been thought of, so you can drop your bags and head out to the beach.

My personal favorite is the amazing view from the upstairs deck. A great way to end a day, watching the sun set as the ferries come in and out of the bay.

I cannot endorse this property enough. I hope we are lucky enough to be able to come back next year.

This new home is extremely clean and cozy. It was a great size for my family of 4 and the accessional family visits. Mike and his family were amazing hosts and were very attentive. Although the weather was not good, the views from the home and walks on the beach were amazing!

We rent homes quite often and I am glad to say this home is exceptional and I would highly recommend it! Can't wait to go back!
