You will find this home to be a very comfortable Cape Cod getaway with one level of living space, A/C, and many new furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed w/private bath (step-in shower).Second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom has two twins adjacent to the main full bath (w/tub & shower).There is also a queen sofa bed in the fireplaced Livingroom for additional guests (sleeps 8 total).

Wi-Fi is provided along with a new smart TV in the living room with Roku/Streaming and second TV in the queen bedroom. The kitchen is spacious & sunny with a glass slider off of the dining area that leads out to the very large sundeck for outdoor grilling/BBQ that faces a private backyard with an outdoor shower! Come explore the heart of the mid-cape area where everything a vacationer could need is around the bend~ the warm waters of Nantucket Sound BEACHES, the CC Rail Trail (Bike Trail), Miniature Golf, Public Golf, The Inflatable Park for the kiddies, Fresh Seafood Restaurants ,Harborside Eateries on Lewis Bay for fruity cocktails & the best clam chowder, kayak rentals, tons of shopping, and historical museums including the Whydah Pirate Museum!

Rate:$1950 per week in summer (7 night minimum) plus a $150 cleaning fee, $100 handling fee, choice of either a $55 (non-refundable) damage insurance OR a $750 (refundable) security deposit. State & Local tax applies.
