We really hit the jackpot with Pam and Steve's property! We have three little kids (2, 4, 7) and the house was spacious and very kid-friendly (we did move the breakables out of reach ;-) ). The beach was only a half mile away and we easily walked that with our stroller and beach gear. Steve and Pam were incredibly accommodating and helpful, making us and our kids feel welcomed and on vacation right away.
The house has everything you could possibly want or need for a beach week. The putting green is a great idea, and we loved the outdoor shower. The location can't be beat for food, activities, and of course, beach.
Pam and Steve's binder of information is unlike anything I've ever seen; they list out every local restaurant and then call out their favorites. They list free activities/places to go, places to go with kids, day trips. I've been going to the Cape since I was a kid and I was still blown away.
Steve was incredibly responsive leading up to the trip and for any questions while we were there.

We had a very enjoyable time in S Yarmouth although the weather didn't cooperate until late in the week. We traveled around the Cape each day to places we hadn't seen in 40 years and explored new locations as we went. The rental was cute, clean and close to many attractions and food choices. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

The house was perfect for my family of four and the kids loved the putting green in the backyard! The house was stocked with what we needed too. It was walking distance to the beach and Skipper restaurant which we went to several times. It's also conveniently located to several other places like the water and inflatable park, mini golf, restaurants. Steve and Pam were great hosts! We would definitely recommend.

My family and I had an amazing time! The place was tastefully decorated. We loved the games and toys that were available to use. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach and also close to many other activities such as ice cream and mini golf. Can't wait to stay again.

Accommodations were clean, well stocked with cooking and eating necessities, had a great outdoor shower. Owners were very easy to work with. As they say - location, location, location - short walks to two beaches, close to shopping, eating and activities and especially a short walk to Skipper Chowder House for ice cream. Our grandkids really appreciated that short walk.

First time we have stayed in Yarmouth and loved the area. The house was ready for us after a long ride from Virginia. It was bright airy well stocked with all amenities. Thank you Pam and Steve.
