The house was bigger than expected and so clean and nicely decorated! We felt right at home. The beach nearby is small, but it's still nice to walk to. Our kids loved playing downstairs in the (unfinished) basement on the x-box and with the foosball table. That's definitely a big plus when you have kids. I loved that the house had different corners to sit, so even with in-laws in the same house, it didn't feel cramped. And I loved the big kitchen!

The house and the location were both amazing. The house was very clean and comfortable and had so many things that we enjoyed including the great basement filled with fun stuff for the kids, wonderful outdoor space, and a shed stocked with entertainment. Very close to the beach and well situated to Hyannis and the surrounding communities. Great communication from the hosts! We enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to be back!

This is a wonderful place to stay for a large family. With 4 kids, the twin bedroom is perfect -and no fighting for the top bunk! The basement was a perfect rainy day family gaming tournament. It has a plethora of board games. My favorite was my kids excitement at watching OLD movies - ahem VHS! It is situated between a beach and a cranberry bog and easy to get to all of the fun Cape Cod highlights. I am grateful for the affordability and having the option to bring your own sheets/towels. It was perfect for us.

Great host and great place to stay! Our group really enjoyed our stay at Arthur's house. We loved that the beach was a short walk down the road. It was also nice that the house had a foosball table and lots of movies and some kids books. The house itself was nice, and we loved eating outside on the deck. Arthur was friendly, always responsive, and gave us plenty of restaurant/beach/activity recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is very well appointed, has everything you need. The bedding and entire house was very clean. The house is decorated very cute and it is very spacious. Quick walk to a pretty peaceful beach. Great beach for kids. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The town is awesome, so many options for food, mini golf, arcades, and ice cream.

This house and location were great for my family of four. There was more than enough room for all of us, and both of my kids (12 & 15) loved having their own rooms. While there were only four of us there, this house could definitely fit more people! We loved being able to walk to the beach every day, and the house has all of the beach essentials if needed. There were even some bikes in the shed that the kids used while we were there. We would head down to the basement every night after dinner to play ping pong, darts, and foosball (this was my kids favorite part of the house). There is also a huge TV downstairs with a PlayStation and Xbox for any gamers. I really can't say enough about this house. It was clean, nicely decorated and made for a relaxing, fun getaway for the week. We look forward to coming back next year!

Arthur was a great host. The house was so cozy and welcoming. Great game and movie collection. Ample space and close to lots of activities. Our family had a blast! Would come back next year.

Arthur was an excellent host and the house was perfect. He offered suggestions and provided so much information ahead of time, we barely needed to contact him. When we did, he was incredibly quick to respond and very helpful. The pictures do not do the house justice - it is a great size and the details make it the perfect home away from home!

This home was amazing. The location was excellent. It was a short walk to Colonial Acres beach and a short drive to Englewood beach; neither currently charges for parking. The kids loved the "bunk" room, we loved the "adult" bedrooms; all mattresses are comfortable, with plenty of lighting. There were lots of things for kids to do in the basement, games in the "game living room", beach toys and game equipment in the shed. There is a wagon for lugging stuff to the beach. A/C works great. All bedroom doors shut properly. There is even a stool for young children to reach the sink. Kitchen is a dream, complete with a lobster pot and utensils to crack lobsters. Neighbors are quiet. House has all basic supplies, other than sheets and towels. Large dining table. Driveway holds 2 cars, with extra parking along the quiet street. Front yard is grassy, side and back yards have patio area, outdoor shower, picnic tables, chairs, grill. Bunnies are out in the early morning and dusk. Kids loved them! I highly recommend this Airbnb. In fact, it is our favorite on Cape Cod, and we've stayed in several!

We had a nice week staying here with three children, ages 2, 4, and 6, and our elderly parents. The house is well-equipped for a large family stay, with books, movies, games, and lots of indoor activities for a rainy day. The whole-house air conditioning worked great and was a godsend during the hot & humid July days we were visiting. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen appliances are modern, and the house is in great condition, clean and well-maintained. The beach is a short walk down a quiet road (with sidewalks most of the way), and the house included plenty of beach equipment for us to use during our stay. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. My family and I had a fantastic week. This home was perfect in every way - very clean, lots of amenities, comfortable sleeping arrangements, easy walk to the beach, great outdoor space and close to attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Arthur's house was perfect! My family and I had a great time staying there for a week. There was plenty of space, the house was super clean, and it was in an incredible location. A quick walk to a relaxed little beach, and a short drive to stores/ restaurants/ activities, etc. I wouldn't change anything and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend renting this house. :)

Enjoyed our stay in Arthur's home for the week. The location is perfectly central to all things Cape Cod including restaurants, shopping, mini golf, the beach and ice cream. Arthur's home was very clean and inviting, it is terrific for a larger family as there's plenty of space and is well stocked with games/movies in case of a rainy day.

Our four generation family of 8 enjoyed our week at this beautiful beach house. The house was absolutely immaculate, charming and incredibly comfortable. It is well equipped with everything that might be needed from a lobster pot to beach chairs and even a bicycle. The kitchen is enormous and equipped with a double oven. The living room and sitting room (which has a pullout single sofa) is filled with all sorts of games. Another room with a double bed has a bookcase with a collection of books. My grandchildren's favorite room was the "bunkhouse room" with 4 single beds, each with their own dresser. Two picnic tables, a hammock and a patio table provide plenty of outdoor seating. I cannot say enough good things about this beach house. In addition Arthur (the owner) provided so much helpful information and was a wonderful communicator. Since my husband and I are in our 80's we found it easier to drive to the beach (which was wonderful) but our daughter and grandchildren found it a find walk.

Great location, amazing host, beautiful (calm beach). We traveled with our 3 children (under 3), my mother and grandmother (87). The homes Floorplan was ideal, the proximity to the ocean was amazing for afternoon naps! We throughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to visit again!

This is a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation! The house and outdoor space are immaculate and set up with lots of places to connect with family and for kids to play. We have two young children, and this location can't be beat! We could walk to the beach in about 5 mins (with a two year old!) and the family-friendly beach is calm, not crowded, and the water is shallow. Perfect for us. Also, there is a small public parking lot for the beach that was never full. The shed has lots of great beach equipment-- our 6 year old son learned to boogie board! We loved the outdoor shower, grilling, and visiting Arthur's recommended restaurants for takeout lunches (we were partial to Ann and Fran's). Definitely highly recommend and would stay again!

We enjoyed a two month stay at Arthur's beautiful home. We enjoyed everything about it. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for peaceful strolls and bike rides. The beach is so serene and close, it's hard to believe. The house is very large, with an incredibly spacious kitchen and plenty of living area to enjoy with family or just to find a quiet corner to curl up in and read a book. The gardens and landscaping are very nice, thoughtful, and well-maintained by Arthur. There are several outdoor venues on the property for relaxing, dining, and observing nature. The outdoor shower was particularly delightful. We loved our time there and will have many fond memories of the home for years to come. I'd book again in a heartbeat.

My family of five had an outstanding time at Arthur's beach house. The house itself is so cozy and homey. The entire house is tastefully and elegantly decorated. It was so nice to have all of the necessary amenities readily available. The house was equipped with everything you might need; baby gear, beach gear, any cooking essentials, books, DVDs and many games. The house has two common areas and a TV in the bunk room with all of the classic Disney movies, which was greatly enjoyed by our kids. There were enough places for all of us to gather, but also room for us to spread out. The deck and patio area with bay views is lovely. We also loved the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. Speaking of the beach; Colonial Acres Beach is less than a ten minute walk from the house. The beach is beautiful. The water is shallow and calm. Arthur responded to my emails and texts immediately. He is a wonderful host. We can't wait to be back!

This was a great find! So clean and decorated beautiful for s beach house! The outdoor shower was a plus! The walk to the beach was just as stated about 5 min, even our twin 3 year olds could do it without complaints. Lots to do in the area the Pirate Adventures cruise was a big favorite with our crew 8-3 year olds!
