Great home for family fun in the summer and tremendous for fall and spring golfing groups. Dozens of fabulous courses within minutes.

Home Features: Five + Bedrooms,--- Two and a half Bathrooms,---All Baths and BR's recently updated with Pergo floors and freshly painted. (Four Bed rooms with Queen beds, Onoe BR w/ Three Twin, One twin in 6th small extra room),--- Eat in kitchen equipped with Microwave, Electric Range/Oven, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Lobster Pot, Iron/Board, Washer and Dryer, blender, ( you buy the pina colada mix), board games abound --- gas grill.

The garage is a large single car garage that is equipped with a full size ping pong table for lovers of those midnight family ping pong tournaments!

Location Features: 600 Feet to the beach, 9 houses to the water. You can see the water the second you step out of our yard onto the street. Close to shopping, golf, trampoline park, fabulous miniature golf courses, tennis, and great restaurants. Less than 10 minute ride to ferries for day trips to historic Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket Islands!

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Kids can play safely in the front yard. Little traffic. As an additional note, it is very important for renters to understand the home is non-smoking. Family allergies prevent us from anything different.
