We had a wonderful time at this immaculate home in Cape Cod! This home was perfect for our two families with enough spaces for everyone to gather together. The owner was very responsive and provided detailed house information as well as a great list of recommended restaurants! The kitchen was very well stocked and we felt we had everything we needed to prep and cook meals. The pool was very well maintained and the beach equipment was in great condition. The home is in a great location on the Cape, and a short walk to a private beach. We would definitely recommend and look forward to returning on a future visit!

This is our 3rd consecutive yearly rental for a week at this home.
The house is more beautiful in person, and it is set in an equally beautiful, gated community that is very quiet.
The house is very clean and tidy with an extremely well stocked kitchen and an amazing laundry room with a new washer & dryer. Five bedrooms and 4 lovely bathrooms are wonderful! The swimming pool is a welcome addition to the house. The house is close to all amenities you may need or want. Best of all it is a very short walk to an amazing private beach. The house also provides a new Weber grill off the kitchen with a wonderful porch to relax on. We truly enjoyed our week here with a multi-generational family!!

We had an amazing week and created lasting memories with my family. Cannot beat the location right by the beach and bay with great scenery with a pool and hot tub. You have everything you need at the home. The area is secluded but close to restaurants and activities. Beach is a quick walk. The owners and property management company made the the process simple.

We were so fortunate to be able to rent the Great Island Getaway for a week this past July. The house was absolutely stunning and perfect for our group (6 individuals and a dog). The house was well maintained and had all the best amenities including a private pool and hot tub. Simply a 3-5min walk to the beach and within a private community, this getaway was all we needed for a time to relax, unwind and appreciate cape life. The proximity to restaurants and great breakfast spots was great, and we loved being able to bring our bikes and cycle through the community. The house was impeccably furnished and it was great having so many full bathrooms, so that each couple had their own private shower. The pool was perfect and the deck off the kitchen allowed for many beautiful sunsets at night. It was a definitely a 5-Star experience and we can't wait to stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in West Yarmouth! We are a family returning for our second annual vacation on Cape Cod at this home! The location is so idyllic and relaxing. The house was very clean, inviting, and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need plus. The open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms are perfect for a Family to enjoy meals and hang. Sleeping/Bathroom accommodation was perfect for the multi-generations. (4 Complete Bathrooms) Outdoor private shower. Outdoor Hot Tub! Short walk to a pristine private beach. And of course, a private heated swimming pool completes this fabulous rental home!

We had a great week at your Cape house. The house is beautiful, well equipped and laid out nicely. We LOVED the heated salt water pool! All the beds were very comfortable and it was great to have the queen bed in the upstairs room. Also, it was a nice surprise to see a drip coffeemaker, as it only lists Keurig. When I called the agent to double check, she said there was only a Keurig so I brought my own coffeemaker. The beaches were beautiful and we ended up having a few sunny days to enjoy them. We have been renting on the Cape for 8 years and this property is by far the BEST we have found to accommodate our extended family as well as our beloved black Lab! This house truly has it ALL - perfect location in Yarmouth, close to everything including grocery stores and our favorite fish market! We enjoyed the added security of being in a gated community with just a short walk (5 minutes) to the beautiful shores of Nantucket Sound with private beach access. We were often the only family on the beach! Two master suites with full bathrooms as well as two other large bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms were absolutely perfect for our needs. (The home also has two pull-out couches for sleeping). We also enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals together. The house was very clean, and the family/dining area was spacious for everyone to be comfortable together. We were definitely fans of the central vacuum upstairs and downstairs to keep the sand at bay! The in-ground pool and hot tub made our trip even more memorable. What a great addition! We are already looking forward to our return. Alyssa and Ofer were always readily available to promptly answer questions about the house to plan our trip. Thank you for renting your beautiful home!!

My family of 6 had a wonderful vacation in this house. They each brought a friend so the house sleeps 8 comfortably. Everything was as promised in the listing. The house was clean, modern and thoughtfully designed and decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The new pool was fantastic and just what we needed after a day at the beach.

They owners were great to deal with - answering all of our questions before and during our stay.

I'm not sure what else to say! Rent with confidence and without hesitation. We've rented a lot of beach homes and there are clearly two types - those that the owner views as a cash stream (slightly run down, inferior furnishings, mishmash of pots pans knives plates etc) and those that feel like a friend has invited you into their house. This place is clearly the latter!

My family enjoyed a wonderful two weeks at this property, it was one of the best places we have ever stayed on the Cape. The owners were very responsive, the check in and check out process was very easy, the house was immaculate and spaceous. Most importantly, the location was the best we have ever experienced. The private beach is small, but part of an endless shore that my kids enjoyed strolling. The water was clean and warm and the pool was a great amenity to return home to. We loved it and hope to be able to enjoy it again next summer!

Alyssa and Ofer welcomed us prior to arrival with a wonderful email and some very clear instructions, helpful information about the house, and were available for questions prior to our arrival. The house is wonderful! - clean, comfortable, and with a sizable kitchen with plenty of space for several "cooks" and prep areas as well as room to wash as you go!

The open air upstairs where kitchen, dining room (with a nice large table that easily seats 8) and living area all connect is perfect for 8 people. The bedrooms are nicely sized and provide ample space for a multitude of sleeping arrangement and the office upstairs (with a desk and chair) has a comfortable (yes, comfortable) sofa bed as does the common area downstairs.

Plenty of bathrooms (2 full upstairs and 2 full downstairs along with an outdoor shower!) Finally the central A/C was plenty cold and the additional unit on the 2nd floor helped balance the upstairs (warmer due to sun) with the cooler downstairs.

The pool was delicious to come home to after a day at the beach and lighting at night was a wonderful surprise. The private community beach (Whale Road Beach) was about a 5-10 minute walk although you can drive and park nearby on Whale Road with all your beach gear if desired and then the walk is shorter. While there, we were often the only ones on that beach or one of only two "groups" so there was plenty of beach for our party of 8.

I've rented many homes in the Great Island /West Yarmouth area over the past 20 years and this was by far the nicest, most spacious, and cleanest we've ever had - (no musty smell or stale bedding and no sign of dog hair /smell even though dogs are considered for this rental). 5 stars for sure.

We were so impressed with this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with everything you may need. Four fully updated bathrooms made it so easy for all. Quick walk to a private beach! Set in a quiet neighborhood. The new pool came in handy after a day at the beach. Also, a wonderful outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

Perfect for a family of mixed generations renting a vacation home.

We were so happy with our choice. The home was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. We look forward to many return rentals of this property!!

Planning a family vacation which included 8 adults, (one in her ninth Month of pregnancy) and a 1 yr old baby, to an unfamiliar location was difficult, given everyone's diverse priorities , but we luckily found the perfect home in this rental. Everything worked out well, from the uncomplicated check in procedure , through our departure.

The house is spacious and beautifully appointed- much larger than I anticipated from the listing photos. Even on the 3 days we were at full occupancy, everyone could find privacy, if needed, but could also gather comfortably in the common spaces. Most evenings were spent dining in and gathering around the table for board games, after a rousing round of mini golf at nearby Pirate's Cove.

As it turned out, 4 of my kids ended up having to spend most of the week working remotely and despite " "heavy traffic" , the Wi-Fi worked beautifully. The need to stay close to home made the availability of the heated pool, hot tub, and almost "backyard" beaches very special and frequently used.

The gated community was safe, picturesque and lovely to stroll, especially with baby carriage and dog in tow. My husband and I took advantage of the less crowded road conditions found in June, to travel all around the Cape from the perfect mid cape location, and the whole crew spent a lovely day on the Vineyard.

We also want to thank the owners for ordering amazing weather. All but 2 days were perfect 10's and the water off Whale Beach was warm enough to swim , even at this early date! Dealing with Alyssa and Ofer was an added plus- not only did they provide a perfect home and location for making great family memories, but correspondences and questions were always cheerfully and promptly answered. We will hopefully return again to the Cape and this home- as Alyssa calls it, and I agree- Paradise!

First off, the house was great. Nicely updated, good space, amenities were obvious and thorough. Lower level has 3 spacious bedrooms, including one with an en suite bathroom, and upstairs has a master and a study with a pullout. The house is on a large lot, so very private and quiet.

We've stayed on great island several times before at different houses, and this was our preferred choice. We have a family of 6, and it was very comfortable. The hot tub was a nice treat, and when we had an issue with the chemical balance in the hot tub, the owner came out immediately to fix, followed by the hot tub maintenance person the next day. A pool in 2022 will be a huge plus!

For those who haven't stayed in this community before, it's great. 24/7 manned entrance is really nice to have, and the area has a laid back feel with close proximity to a couple of key, private beaches along the ocean side of Yarmouth. The house is no more than an 8 minute walk to each, and you can walk 15 minutes to Seagull Beach as well. As a long time Cape visitor from Rhode Island, this place is highly recommended!

Large well designed home great for a three generation family to enjoy a beach vacation. The location within a gated community was quiet and relaxing with easy access to three beaches.
Serenity, Spaciousness and 3 Private Beaches!

This vacation home is truly MAGNIFICENT! We are a family party of grandparents, 2 sons and daughters-in-law, 2 children and one toddler. We all had a wonderful time there. It is a real joy to have so much room, so many bathrooms, and the kitchen was superb! One night we boiled up five 2-1/2 lb. lobsters using the stove's pot filler. Never have we been able to have our lobster nights with so much room to maneuver.

Great Island is perhaps the best location I've ever stayed on the Cape, and I've been going there for more than 60 years. All the beaches are between 3 and 5 minutes easy walk from the house. We made friends with the few families we met on Whale Rd. beach (unfortunate weather this year, but we are all stalwarts!). Because there were only 2 or 3 real beach days, we didn't go to White Gate Beach or Cove beach, but we took many walks around there. It's too bad one can't walk or bike to the south end of Great Island as it's a private community, but we understand, and we loved the Great Island gated community we were in for its safety and serenity.

We truly adored Great Island and, in particular, this beautiful and private home. We used the hot tub often. And the owners are putting in a pool in 2022!
