Roomy clean house. Short walk to the beach and seafood restaurant. Short drive to everything else you need. Great week!

Excellent property located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were 10 people for 4 of our 7 days and had plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of TV's for all. Very nice large deck in back with plenty of seating and a gas fire pit to enjoy at night. The beach was perfect for our young grandchildren. Owners were good to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

Where do I start? This home was beyond our expectation, according to my family it was "wicked awesome" It was beautifully decorated and meticulous. Melissa was amazing to deal with and gave me her cell number to call if we had any issues, which of course we never did . Melissa even left us a gourmet gift basket when I told her that it was our 50 th anniversary of coming to vacation on the Cape. Wish we never had to leave! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, it has so much to offer. Our party included three families, all with multiple children, and there was room for more. The first floor has a great open concept layout with a large kitchen and island. There is a great beach and restaurant just at the end of the street, you don't even have to drive! After getting home from a long day at the beach everything can be easily stored in the garage where it's ready to again the very next day. We spent most of our nights grilling on the private back deck where there is plenty of seating. One of my favorite features is the outdoor shower, we were all fighting for it! Everyone we were with said the beds were all very comfortable and the home in general was very accommodating for adults and children. We plan to come back every summer! show more show less

We had an amazing weekend in South Yarmouth! The house was perfect. 3 bedrooms and 2 pull out couches - with 10 people we had more the enough space. We loved spending time on the big backyard deck and definitely took advantage of the grill. With 2 indoor showers and an outdoor shower, there was no waiting in line to get sand free! The walk to the beach was about 4 minutes - very cute. Complete with a small playground and bathhouse (though it wasn't open yet since we were off season). Being on Nantucket Sound the water was warmer then National Seashore beaches which was great! Everything is clean, new and quaint. We really hope to be back next year! show more show less

This was our first time renting this beach house. It was absolutely perfect! It accommodated my family of 5, along with my sister's family of 5, very well. The house was very spacious, super clean, beautifully decorated in beach decor, comfortable & had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kids loved it too & actually got along! We had so much fun walking to the beach, stores and restaurants that are close by. The owners were so nice & easy to reach with all of our questions. We highly recommend this beach house to all!
