Staying at this beautifully decorated cottage made the trip much more fun. Everything we wanted was in a walkable distance. Visited the Edwin Gorey House, a walk through the local cemetery (1771 sites),the Parmassis bookstore, the Royal II Restuarant, the Herring Run, so many beach walks. And so much more that we will have to go back!

Wonderful seaside family vacation
We spent four nights at Pat and Bob's adorable Cape Cod cottage and it was exactly what we needed. There was lots of space for our family (two adults, a four year old, and a two year old) and we were close to grocery store, coffee shops, ice cream etc. We enjoyed biking around the quaint, beautiful neighbourhood and spent days at nearby beaches and whale watching! What an amazing and magical part of the world. Thank you for sharing your property with us! We hope to be back!

Clean and comfortable

Another great stay
We had another great stay at this perfect cottage! The house is always clean and has everything you need. Great for a small family and is close to the beach. The owners are so nice and very helpful with anything you need.

Wonderful Cape Cod
The house was great. Good location. Loved Grey's Beach sunset, Corporation Beach, and a wonderful whale watch out of Barnstable.

Wonderful, cozy house in excellent location.
House was clean and well-stocked and very comfortable. Loved the sunroom and enjoyed the gas fire on the chilly nights. Grey's Beach boardwalk was beautiful and location was great for exploring other parts of the Cape as well.

The cottage is very clean and beautifully laid out. It is much bigger than what it looks like in the photos. We were very pleased with it. I would definitely come back again.

We have had the privilege of renting this beautiful Cape cottage for the past 6 years. It is a cozy, beautifully decorated cottage with all the amenities you might need. In quaint Yarmouthport but so close to any place on the Cape you would want to go. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a Cape Cod get away!

This is a charming, well kept home we have been pleased to rent for many years. Tastefully decorated, and all the household conveniences are available to you. Quiet residential street; we have enjoyed many walks in the neighborhood.

We enjoy Mayflower and Corporation beaches, which are just a few miles away. A walk on Grays Beach boardwalk for a picture perfect sunset is a must!

6A has plenty of antique shops to browse in. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and are just a short drive. Really a perfect location!

This little cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It's been recently renovated and is in very comfortable condition. It's on a quiet residential street, very conveniently located to some of the Mid-Cape's best beaches. It's tastefully and simply decorated, making it feel like an orderly and welcoming home rather than a vacation rental.

If you're looking for a relaxing home base from which to explore the Cape, this is a great option.

We absolutely loved this home! It has a true Cape Cod feel. Extremely clean and well maintained. Beautiful decor and artwork. High end kitchen and appliances. Central air through most of the house. Window air in bedroom we chose to stay in on second floor. Home was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We spent most of our mornings having coffee in the sunny sun room. We showered outside every day in the wonderful hot/cold outdoor shower. We spent a lot of time just down the street (about a mile) at Gray's Boardwalk. This is a must visit if you stay here! No cost to park or visit! The boardwalk is picturesque, low tide is fun to walk across to Chapin Memorial Beach and the sunsets are gorgeous! We chose this home because of it's proximity to this boardwalk. The hosts were very responsive if needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We have stayed in this delightful home several times and we just love it. It has everything you could want. A favorite is the beautiful sun room for relaxing and reading with morning coffee, or anytime of day. The area is quiet and historic. An excellent starting point for everything on the Cape. The owners are wonderful people and fantastic to rent from.

Beautiful and very well maintained cottage. Lots of space and tastefully furnished. In a quiet neighborhood but close to major roads and attractions. Centrally located and great for exploring all areas of Cap Cod. Owners were great to work with and very responsive to any questions or requests.
