This house has everything you need! Sandy was great to work with and the house is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Would definitely stay again!

Our family can't say enough about this home and its owner, Sandy. Our son came home from deployment and we need time away as a family...I knew the perfect place to go....our home away from home! I contacted Sandy, we caught up on life and she booked our weekend. I get excited each time we go to see what new things Sandy has done...a new walkway, stone wall, furniture! Even though it was December, our hearts are warmed by this cozy, beachy cottage with a beautiful view that always welcomes us. It's wonderful waking up to the smell of coffee as I open the blinds all the way to take in the view. Her home is nicely decorated, has everything a home needs to cook a meal and even a washer and dryer on the lower level. Sandy's cottage is very close to shops, Stop & Shop, Dunkin Donuts, restaurants and gas. Our new favorite breakfast spot is Grumpys and there's great pizza at Tap City Grill in Hyannis. A weekend here is always fun, relaxing and filled with new memories as we always look forward to the next time. show more show less

If you're looking for a special summer rental, Stones Throw is the best. The main floor features a spacious living room with a full wall of sliders opening to a deck that's perfect for relaxing or star gazing. You'll enjoy the well equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. Across from the beautifully tiled bathroom, both bedrooms offer spacious closets and queen beds. The walk-out lower level sleeps five guests comfortably and features a 2nd bathroom, a laundry area, and a door to the garage. This home is exceptionally well maintained and the owner is a delight! My husband and I been vacationing on Cape Cod for the past 15 summers with 13 at Stones Throw. We enjoy the quiet setting along with the convenience to restaurants, shopping, and highways. We have relocated to the Atlanta area and we have used "we need a vacation" for Cape Cod vacations and have never been disappointed. We rented in Harwich for several years but the owner is retiring and the home is no longer available. This home was perfect for all of our family to gather (we are coming from Dallas, Atlanta and MA!). We loved the sliders to the deck and would spend mornings having coffee and enjoying Cape Cod air! Sandra had lots of beach toys for our grandsons and beach chairs for extra guests. The home was clean and well maintained. We loved the speakers on the stereo that allowed us to listen to Cape Classical 107.5! The TV/audio system was easy to use and allowed us to find Netflix for shows for our little grandsons. We loved having the ceiling fans and room air conditioners that made sleeping comfortable.

Sandra also has a decently stocked kitchen that makes dinner time easy. She is constantly upgrading this home every year and the lawn and hydrangeas are quintessential Cape Cod! We are looking forward to returning next year! We would recommend this home!

It is perfectly located with a short drive the great East Dennis beaches and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. show more show less

My sister and I stayed at Stone's Throw for one week in October. This is a very nice cottage! Very clean and comfy! Sandy (owner) has decorated each room with very cute, beach themed items. We used the 2 bedrooms upstairs and both beds were very comfortable. We felt so at home here. It was nice having the washer and dryer and second bathroom downstairs. Downstairs there are also bunk beds and two twin beds in a very large room that would be perfect for families with children or several couples staying together. The living/dining area had a whole wall of sliding glass doors with screens that were absolutely wonderful to open while we stayed there.

We had picture perfect weather to sit out on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine and the beautiful weather. The sunsets in the evening over Follins Pond at the end of the street were beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes etc. Sandy also has a very nice variety of spices, sugar, etc. There is off-street parking right in front of the house which was very handy.

I am very glad that we chose Stones Throw for our first Cape Cod vacation! I would definitely rent again!! Thanks again, Sandy, for sharing your wonderful home with us!!!! show more show less
