Great Family vacation in this lovely home. It had everything we needed and then some...
Very Quiet location with a short walk (5min) to Englewood beach which was perfect for us with a 1yr old. Then Seagull beach a 7/8 min drive on all backroads with no traffic. Lovely neighborhood area which made for nice walks or bike rides in the evenings.

Two outside seating areas (out slider from the dining area and then down a set of stairs to a Lower level seating) which was great for drinks and snacks after the beach.

We used and enjoyed having the outdoor shower which was wonderful. The front lawn was perfect for many games: Corn hole (provided), Bocce, and others.

Neal (property owner) was awesome to work with and we thank him for the wonderful week we had in his home!!

We had a great time at this beautiful home. Awesome location right near the beach. Huge yard for lawn games. Close to everything we needed. Easily accommodated our large family, Neal was very helpful. We hope to go back next year.

My family and I rented this home for the long Labor Day weekend. Neal, the property owner, was able to get us in early so we could spend the majority of the day there on Saturday. He was great with communicating and responding to all my questions. The house is beautiful with an open floor plan, plenty of room for the 10 of us. We enjoyed spending time in the large front year and back deck with a fire pit - perfect for chilly nights! Very short walk to the beach or drive to Sea Gull Beach and great location overall. We even enjoyed the ice cream truck that made a few visits to Lewis Bay Beach. I would definitely recommend this property to other renters and hope to come back next year. show more show less

My sisters, nieces and I rented this house for a girls' week. It was perfect -- the open floor plan provided plenty of room to hang out and visit without feeling like we were on top of each other. Bedrooms and bath were great, too -- nothing fancy, but clean, which is really all that matters. The owner (Neal) actually stopped by the second day we were there to make sure we had everything we needed, and was available most of the week to answer any questions. The beach was a short walk away, and the chairs in the shed were a nice bonus.

If you're looking for a place to stay that feels like home, look no further! This house was perfect, just like the pictures and description. The owners are very nice and easy to deal with. It was a pleasure renting from them. There was one minor problem upon arrival and the owner took care of it right away. The location is perfect- a two minute walk and you're at the beach! Great streets all around to run/walk/bicycle. Overall a fantastic stay!

That was a quote from my wife, and if your goal is to give your wife a relaxing vacation, then this was the place to stay. 3 minute walk to beach, clean, roomy, nicely decorated and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood but yet minutes from all the great restaurants and shops the Cape has to offer. Hope to return every summer.
