There is also a loft that has a full sized bed. The loft overlooks the kitchen and living area and is semi-private. Seasonal water views of Mill Creek may be viewed from certain parts of the property.
We are on beautiful Lewis Bay on Colonial Acres Beach which is right around the corner (4 min. walk). Seagull Beach is not far! Many other beaches are within close reach. This is a low traffic area off the beaten path, south of RT 28 in a quiet neighborhood, yet located so close to all sorts of shopping, entertainment, restaurants, ferry service. It is fully furnished. Beach chairs are provided. A rolling cart to take beach items to beach is available as well. New sectional 2025- updated pics soon but property looks the same but with more mature plantings and full trumpet vines now cover the pergola out back for shade.
