The house sits on a large, private lot in the heart of Woods Hole and is perfectly suited for multi-family vacations or large groups looking for comfort, convenience, and classic Cape Cod charm.

Roomy, Comfortable Living for All! Inside, you’ll find generously sized rooms with high ceilings and an open, airy layout. The main floor features an open-concept living room, a cozy TV room, and a bright dining room with a large table. The sunny, well-equipped kitchen also has its own dining area with a large table, ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. There's a full bathroom on the first floor as well.

Step outside through sliding glass doors (topped with a colorful stained-glass window) to an oversized back deck, complete with various seating options and a remote-operated shade to keep you cool during sunny afternoons. The deck overlooks the backyard and provides access to the side-yard and outdoor shower.

Spacious Bedrooms! Upstairs, the second floor offers four large bedrooms and a full bath (with bathtub). The third floor adds even more space with a full bathroom and additional sleeping accommodations.

In addition to the spacious back deck, there’s a classic, covered front porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Our large front and back yards offer plenty of room for outdoor games, lounging, and relaxing.

Location! You simply can’t beat the location. Just a 10-minute walk brings you to Nobska Beach and its iconic lighthouse—ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or catching a sunset. Woods Hole Village is a short stroll away, with its picturesque waterfront, charming shops, great restaurants, and daily ferry service to Martha’s Vineyard. Hop aboard for a day trip—the ferry terminal is just a few minutes walk from the house!

For biking enthusiasts, the scenic Shining Sea Bikeway is located via a path behind our house, offering miles of cycling along the coast and through nature preserves.

Family Fun for All Ages! Woods Hole is steeped in maritime history and home to world-renowned oceanographic institutions like the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and the Marine Biological Laboratory. Don’t miss the aquarium—perfect for kids—and the village playground just a short walk away. Stoney Beach, with its calm waters, is another local favorite for families with young swimmers.
