Charming studio loft in the woods on ocean side of Route 6, with high cathedral ceilings and plenty of light. Close to Dyer Pond, Long Pond, and ocean beaches.

Enter by going up stairs to the deck. To the right of the entryway is a galley kitchenette with an electric two-door stove on the counter and hot plate, microwave and toaster oven, coffee maker, plus dishes/utensils. Dining area seats 4.

Straight ahead from entryway is a sleeping nook with a single bed (not a separate bedroom). Past the sleeping nook is a sitting area (TV with basic cable), laundry area with washer/dryer and full bath with shower.

Up a ship’s style ladder to the loft. At the top of the loft is a double closet with a queen sized bed on the other side. This area looks down onto the kitchenette. The cottage is open, breezy, airy, a wonderful woodsy retreat, perfect charming getaway!

Outside is an enclosed outdoor shower.

Perfect little getaway in the woods! Dogs are allowed for a $150 pet fee. Parking for 2 cars.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels or inquire about the linen rental package.
