This gorgeous, oversized 2600 sqft (1st and second floor) contemporary cape sits way back and atop a gently elevated lot in a peaceful, natural setting. Well, equipped with Strong 5G Wi-Fi signals throughout the house, deck and all outdoor space will keep all your guests well connected regardless of where they are on the grounds. The house has many smartphone charges, speakers for the beach, batteries, beach towels, chairs etc.

Entertainment Amenities: There is a 52-inch Flat Screen TV in Great Room with Apple & Youtube TV equipped with cable, national and local stations and Armour with over 100 DVDs (truly great movies) for rainy days and. after dinner movie nights. There are TVs in 2 bedrooms along with a PlayStation and Game Monitor in the loft to keep the kids occupied before the beach or while the grill is going for dinner. The house sleeps 10 people in beds but has two hide away beds that can be set up in the master bedroom and loft to sleep 2 additional guests if needed. The house is also equipped with a pack and play for the sleeping needs of toddlers and infants. The turnover team will set up additional bedding accommodations according to your group's specifications prior to your check-in.

Active and outdoor Amenities: The house has 5 nice bikes (2 road, 1 mountain, 1 hybrid and 1 SoCal Flyer for the young and young at heart. The house also has a paddle board and two surf boards and wet suits along with roof racks for easy transport to the ponds and beach. The house has a 10X10 movie screen and projector for movie night under the stars on the property or by the bonfire at the beach (Jaws is always a winner at the beach bonfires!). The fire pit is equipped with 5 Adirondak chairs and plenty of seasoned wood in stock for your entire stay.
