Come and enjoy this four-bedroom, two-bath home (sleeping 8-10 people). This classic mid-century modern home is perfect for friends, families, and young kids. Find yourself amongst the classic Cape Cod landscape. We are in walking distance to two peaceful swimming beaches, excellent walking trails, and bird watching. Located in the desirable Indian Neck neighborhood, this spot is a short walk to Burton Baker beach. You won't get enough of these gorgeous sunsets from the bay.

The long driveway places the house back away from a quiet street on our acre of private woods, creating a safe and protected spot for kids to run and play. Enjoy a nap in our hammock among the trees.

The open floor plan kitchen + living room is a great place to gather with family and friends, and includes a large table seating 6. Our floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors create a vibe of your own private Tree House. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs (a twin, full, and a twin over a full bunk bed). Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen. 2 full baths, one with bath tub. Living room also offers a queen-size sofa bed.

    We've been vacationing in Wellfleet with our 3 young boys for the last 8 years and fell in love with the Indian Neck neighborhood. We made our dreams come true in 2024 buying this property just steps from the quiet private beach on the bay. We look forward to retiring there some day, and for now we count down the days until we are back in this special spot.



    What is special about this property?
    We fell in the love with the private woods and the feeling of being tucked away in a tree house. Such a special and unique mid-century design with the living room on the second floor, offering a sunny open space nestled in the trees.

    What is special about your town?
    We love the quiet sunsets from the beach. Our favorite spots in Wellfleet include happy hour at the Pearl and kayaking at Gull Pond.
