Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. High on a hillside on a private dead end in the much desired Indian Neck area. Brand new kitchen, bath and upstairs bedrooms in 2023. A mile to the Bay side beaches (without having to go onto Rt 6). Ocean beaches are a couple of miles away. Three minute drive to downtown shopping, art galleries, marina and restaurants. Beautiful 9 hole public golf course close by. Tennis, pickleball and a great playground with skate park across from Mayo beach near the pier.

After a day at the beach, relax in front of the fire pit on the private expansive deck which is surrounded by beautiful flower gardens. It is a very spacious house with lots of sitting areas to congregate or to be alone curled up with a good book. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two large sitting rooms with TV’s, and dining area all on the main floor. There are two renovated bedrooms and new full bath with walk in shower on the second level (up 6 stairs). One king size bed and one queen size. On the lower level (down 5 stairs from main level), there is the third bedroom with a full bath w/tub.

Washer/dryer and extra refrigerator on lower lever. The lower level is not renovated but has nice privacy and a new king size bed. All bedrooms have TV’s. There is a new large deck with comfy furniture, fire pit, and large dining table. There are two large deck umbrellas and Weber grill for your use.

It is a dead end street so there is very little street traffic. Far enough from RT 6 that you do not hear it.
