Indoor and outdoor showers, on demand water heater, coin-op laundry room on premises, screened-in front porch, and fully equipped kitchen. Ceiling fans and mini-split heater-A/C in all 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi Internet access, a working fireplace. The owner has installed 2 smart TV's in this cottage but, as of yet, no cable service
