3 bedroom, 1 bath split-level cottage with 4 steps up from living room to the bedrooms and bath. Beautiful hardwood inside! It's just over 300 steps to the top of the sand dune that leads down to the water at the ocean beach at LeCount Hollow.

The roof deck has a propane BBQ. It's 3 miles from Wellfleet center and 19 miles from the whale-watching boats of Provincetown. 1/2 mile away is a wonderful French Bakery and the beginning of the Cape Cod rail trail (bicycle trail). Family-friendly group of cottages.
