This one level three bedroom, two bathroom home is dog friendly with central A/C and is conveniently located close to Marconi Beach and the bike trail. One bedroom features a queen bed, the second a full bed, and the third two twins. There are two full baths with showers and an enclosed outdoor shower. Amenities include a washer dryer, wireless internet, four televisions in the bedrooms and the living room, deck, and gas grill. Dogs under 40 pounds allowed with additional $100 cleaning fee and proof of flea and tick protection. $100 per week discount for multiple week reservations. All reservations have nonrefundable $100 reservation fee and refundable security deposit.
