This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is part of the Wellfleeter Condominium complex located at the end of Mayo Beach on Wellfleet Bay.

The cottage has a kitchen-dining area, a living room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds) and a bath with a shower.

There is a path leading to 400 feet of private sandy beach. There is also access to tennis courts, the community playground, restaurants, and Wellfleet Harbor. It is about a half mile to the center of town.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
