Water view from this beautiful cottage allows views of the tidal waters of Loagy Bay, with Lieutenant Island beyond. Walk to the water's edge in two minutes. Take a walk along the beach, around Pleasant Point, with an amazing diversity of sea life and birds along the way.
The house has a windowed porch, overlooking the water. This porch has many chairs for relaxing, and a table that seats 8 for group meals or games. Crack open the porch windows, allowing sea breezes to flow through. Adjacent to the porch is a deck with a picnic table, also overlooking the water.
The second floor deck has an even more extensive view of the water, and has two chairs.
The living room has a TV with a cable plan that features extensive cable channels and streaming, as well as a collection of books and DVDs. Wifi is also provided.
A kitchen table, adjacent to the kitchen, make a convenient place for smaller groups (seats 4). The kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, salad bowl, pot holders, and other needed items. Electric range/oven, with light and fan.
Toilet paper, trash bags, zip lock bags, paper towels. Salt and pepper provided.
Charcoal grill provided adjacent to the deck. Room for three cars on the property off Fairview Avenue, and a small parking pad off Pleasant Point Road, large enough for one small car.
On the first floor, there is a full bath (tub and shower) and one bedroom with a full sized bed. The second floor has a full bath (small shower stall only). The second floor includes the master bedroom with a queen size bed, a large closet, and a bay window overlooking the water. Also on the second floor is a large bedroom with two twin beds, a closet, and bay window overlooking the water.
The basement includes a washer and dryer, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and some children's beach toys.
The sea breezes normally make the climate very comfortable, but a large number of fans are provided in case of hot days.
