This is so much more than a rental property - it is a place that feels like a home, welcoming, well appointed and convenient to all that one seeks when on the Cape. We love to cook as a family, and were delighted that the kitchen had all of the up to date tools any cook would want, including really good knives! One of us had a bit of work to do, so we were especially grateful for the office space on the first floor. Finally, our hosts answered every question imaginable, quickly and happily.

We had a great relaxing stay at this property. The property was as advertised and immaculate. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed many meals together. The owner is responsive to any question immediately. There was plenty of space and the comfortable, private office provided the perfect spot for some remote work when needed. Great place to explore Wellfleet and the other Cape. Although close to Route 6, the property is very private. Close to the bike trail too. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Deb and Jeff's beautiful home conveniently located a minute off Rte 6, but with a totally private and serene spot to enjoy your morning coffee on their deck overlooking an undisturbed marsh. Their house is a five-star experience with their lovely artwork, newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen, and comfortable beds. You'll love it all. It's a real home away from home. The house is only minutes away from many restaurants, a delicious French bakery and bistro, the Arcadia Sanctuary, and key beaches like Marconi, and Cahoon Hollow Beach. They also provide everything you need for those beach excursions including beach towels, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards and more, as well as a huge, newly-built outdoor shower with hot water, benches, and multiple wood pegs for hanging your towels. This house will not disappoint. We could not have dreamed up a better home for our stay in Wellfleet. Thank you for sharing and trusting your lovely home with the rest of us.

We had an excellent week in this home. The house is, as stated, newly renovated and very comfortable. It is clean and dry with well working appliances and A/C. There is ample kitchen equipment and well working WiFi and TV. The owner(s) are responsive and worked to make our stay successful.
The only drawback is limited outdoor space. There is a note in the house book that a new porch is scheduled for next season.
We had a great stay, highly recommended.

We flew from Sweden for a week vacation, and we're amazed by this home. It is even better in person. A spacious home with lots of light, a large lawn for kids to play, and a gorgeous newly built outdoor shower that we used daily. Modern kitchen with all appliances, beautifully curated art and furniture, and beautiful large bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and exposed wood. A great home for a large family or friends, with plenty of space to spread out, a few min drive to great bakeries & Wellfleet center, and both bayside & ocean beaches. A fantastic home, we will be back!

We cannot express enough what a wonderful time we had at this gorgeous home in Wellfleet! It was quiet, charming and close to everything we needed beaches, bike trails, the Audubon Society and most importantly, the P.B Boulangerie which is a must visit everytime we come to the Cape!
The house itself was clean, spacious, warm and modern with all the amenities we needed.
The hosts, Deb and Jeff were absolutely remarkable. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction really sets this property apart.

I was there right before Christmas and found this to be a wonderful retreat at all times of the year. A beautiful, newly renovated home with top notch furnishings and appliances on a tranquil lot abutting wetlands. The house has lots of windows overlooking the marsh, which is habitat to Great Blue Herons and red tailed hawks. Beautiful! We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, which also overlook the marsh and the easy access to the bike trail. That 10 minute bike ride to the Boulengerie (worth being there just for that!) for pastries and French breads and the 15 minute bike ride to LeCount Hollow Beach can't be beat.

This beautiful vacation home is nestled on a spacious private lot bordered by acres of forest and wetlands. The house is stunning with all the amenities and comforts anyone could want. Everything is brand new and beautifully designed with an open floor plan where we could all laugh, and talk while cooking together. The house is light-filled and has large windows that look out onto the wetlands. Bring your binoculars to look for beautiful birds and the neighborhood pheasant. There is easy access to so many beaches and the bike path which leads you to the most delicious French pastry shop. It is a very short drive to quaint Wellfleet center with its galleries and used bookshop. We can't wait to return next year!

We stayed in this beautiful home during the holiday week in October. It was glorious. The house is perfect for a family. It has a large, beautiful well-equipped kitchen that is open to the dining area and living area, and was perfect for our family to hang out and to cook together. The bedrooms are both lovely and very comfortable. I love all the little touches around the house - like the ceilings in the bedrooms. This isn't a typical beach house rental!

The best things about this home are the privacy and the views of the wetlands - I loved waking up in the mornings and looking out the windows.

It is close to the ocean beaches - just a few minutes from Marconi and LeCount Hollow. And it is close enough for a quick trip to PB Boulangerie for breakfast croissants!

This is an easy house to give five stars to. It is convenient to all Wellfleet has to offer, yet very private. It is large and airy, yet feels intimate. It is sparklingly clean with new appliances and new furniture everywhere. The amenities are plentiful and thoughtful. The views from inside are peaceful and inviting. The condition of the home is excellent with guests left wanting for nothing except more time there. What a pleasure to find a place to stay where guests are such a priority. I will be back to this home frequently. A big thank you to the owners!
