House is fully equipped with washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, High speed internet, gas grill, bedroom air-conditioning and more. Kitchen features dish-washer, six burner electric top, microwave and oven. Two refrigerators enable you to avoid multiple shopping trips. Side porch is perfect for evening dinners. Deck hammock, outdoor shower and fire-pit on the ocean-side of the property

There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread out over 3 floors including a master bedroom with unobstructed ocean views, an office, full bath and large walk in closet. The 2 bedrooms on the walkout level feature a shared full bath as well as ocean and dune views from your bedrooms and sliders to the outside. The 4th bedroom is set in the corner so you can wake up to panoramic ocean views then you can walk right out onto the deck with your morning coffee! This bedroom also includes its own bathroom.

The main living area is open and spacious and has walls of glass to bring the outside in with ocean and beach views from every angle.

    Private, Picturesque and Spacious
    June 2024

    This property is exactly as advertised but the listing does not mention how wonderful the owners are. They go above and beyond accommodating their guests. The house is fully stocked with linens, towels and paper products. The side porch is a perfect spot for meals and we took complete advantage of it. You can fully enjoy the sight and sound of the ocean from any room in this house.
    We had a special family reunion and the house made it even more special. It had plenty of space for celebration, yet also provided complete privacy when needed. show more show less

    Perfect Beach Property and Top Notch Experience

    We were a little concerned with a new listing - wasn't sure if the house was new, or just changed owners. We didn't need to worry at all. This is a spectacular property on the beach that we were able to find as a late season rental. The views are fantastic from all parts of the house and it's in a great location. The photos of the place are accurate and we got everything we expected - overall a very welcoming house. The owners were responsive, very detailed, and made us feel completely at ease. We are already planning our next visit back.

    Our family has been going down to Wellfleet for almost 40 years. Started just my wife and I and grew over the years to include our three kids. We've camped, rented and are now very lucky home-owners!

    What is special about this property?
    Amazing views of the National Seashore from every room with floor to ceiling windows. Large deck is great if you don't want to go down to the beach. Porch off of the kitchen lets you enjoy the evening breeze.
