If you get any closer, you will be in the water!! This waterfront home has spectacular vistas of Wellfleet Harbor across to Great Island. We offer a four bedroom home that is on the highly desirable Chequessett Bluff with your own private beach for swims (except at low tide) and fun any time day or night.

Enjoy a large family room with a wood burning fireplace and deck overlooking the harbor. The master bedroom is on the main floor. Downstairs are three bedrooms with one specifically for kids, including bunk beds and an available crib if needed.

There are window AC units throughout the house and in every bedroom. The internet is strong, the tv has HBO in the family room, a washer and dryer are in the basement and a dishwasher in the kitchen.

The home is on a one acre lot with a spacious deck with comfortable chaise lounges, a patio table and a Weber Grill. It is a perfect outdoor spot for relaxing, enjoying drinks and dining. You won't see or hear your neighbors in this quiet idyl, but you will hear the lap of the water relaxing you from your travails!

The home is also an easy walk to playgrounds for kids, the town pier, restaurants like the Bookstore, the Pearl and Mac's, art galleries and the center of town. A public accessible golf course, which also has tennis courts, is about 3/4 of a mile away. Best of all, you have your own beach with unfettered access and even a place to store your kayak. No parking permit required and no long walks to find a clear spot!

As a protective measure against the spread of covid 19, we request that renters bring their own sheets and towels. We have a washer and a dryer which you can use to clean them as often as you like.

We have 6 beach chairs which you can take to the beach whenever you like.

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and may be subject to a higher refundable deposit
