This quintessential Cape Cod cottage is located in the Pleasant Point neighborhood. With bay-side views and quiet streets, you’ll be sure to relax on this vacation!

Our newly renovated three bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Three bedrooms upstairs, two with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. In addition, the screened-in front porch includes a twin bed and the family room has a full-size and queen size pull-out sofa. This home has one newly renovated full bath upstairs and one half bath on the first floor. There is also an outdoor shower.

Love to cook? Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to eat in the dining room, front porch, or deck. You can entertain with ease in the large family room, which includes plenty of windows, cathedral ceilings, a 75-inch smart television and ample seating. 32'' Smart TV in each bedroom and Wi-Fi is included.

You’ll enjoy your time in our spacious fenced-in backyard, with an outdoor shower, a deck with lots of seating and a gas grill. The house also has sufficient driveway space for guests.

Our centrally located home is a one-minute walk to the bay where you can enjoy swimming, sunsets and launching your kayaks. It is also a close drive to the ocean, kettle ponds and other bay beaches. In addition, the town offers great restaurants/bars with water views, art galleries, shopping and much more in Wellfleet!

Guests must bring linens and towels.

There is a washing machine, but no dryer.

    Quintessential Cape Cod

    Myself as well as my family stayed here this July for a week on Cape Cod. We have been vacationing to Wellfleet for years it's our favourite location on the cape mostly due to location and charm of the town. This cottage did not disappoint it is what I would describe is a quintessential cape cod cottage. Lots of charm and character and lots of space. We brought our dog who loves to be outside and in the water and the fenced in yard was truly unbeatable for her! The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners and was where we spent most of our time and the living room was spacious enough for everyone to sit comfortably on a rainy cape cod afternoon. The location was great a short drive to all amenities in Wellfeet including our favourite restaurant Mac Shack and favourite beach Marconi. Just be aware that if you have anyone with mobility issues there are stairs to get up to the 3 bedrooms. Dave was quick to respond and easy to get ahold if necessary, and was a gracious host. We would definitely come back to stay at this cottage ! show more show less

    Spacious beach house
    May 2023

    My family and friends have stayed at this summer house many times over the past several summers. Perfect beach house whether you're active (beaching, biking, boating etc.) or just want to hang out and relax on the large sunny deck or the Great room inside.
    Good location and nice neighborhood. As mentioned, short walk to the bay, short drive to the ocean and short bike ride to the bike trail.
    Also, fun house for dinner parties or entertaining friends. Plenty of parking.
    Upstairs bedrooms are comfortable.
    Outdoor shower is a big plus.
