We have rented this home every summer since it was built!! It is such a pleasure to be able to return to it every year and enjoy the ideal and peaceful location, lovely decor, well appointed kitchen and other amenities. It is convenient to beaches, ponds, the town center and pier as well as wonderful restaurants!

What a wonderful house! Spacious, comfortable, pretty, inviting, well appointed, light-filled, welcoming and, most of all, relaxing. We loved staying at Moss Landing, and are already planning to come back. The house was great for our multi-generational group, with grandparents in the downstairs bedroom and grandson and his parents upstairs. Plenty of room for everybody, and we all loved the open-plan kitchen and dining/living room, all with comfortable, high-quality furniture. Kitchen was very well stocked, like one's own home, and we all enjoyed grilling outside on the deck, as well as hanging out in the appealing porch/sunroom. In the past we have stayed on the "other side" of Route 6 (Wellfleet Village area), but we all discovered we much prefer staying in this area. Heavenly to take walks to Gull Pond, go for nature-filled runs or walks right out the front door, and easily get to the ocean in a few minutes. Plus the house is privately situated in a nice way--serene and quiet, yet with easy access to Wellfleet village. So many nice touches here, including high-quality beach chairs! We returned to Wellfleet after a 4 year hiatus since we had moved out of New England. What a wonderful home to return to! The layout, amenities and well appointed furnishings were perfect for our little group (4 adults and a teenager). We sat outside on the back patio and laughed and told stories. You don't need a TV in Wellfleet - just listening to the stereo and enjoying each other's company was more than relaxing. I highly recommend renting this home! It was a true pleasure and had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Wellfleet!! We had an amazing whale watch (Dolphin Fleet) - oysters at Mac's - cocktails at Winslow's. My daughter and I stayed at the house for a short visit. It was the perfect spot. House was spacious and had all of the amenities you would find at home. The rooms are large and sunny. Furniture is comfortable (perfect for movie night after a long day out). Less than thirty minutes to Provincetown in one direction and Orleans in the other. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. There is a beautiful beach right up the street. Fantastic back deck with Adirondack Chairs, dining table and grill. Cannot wait to return for a longer visit. show more show less

We were so very excited to arrive here for our Cape getaway. We've never been this far out on the the Cape and are so charmed with the entire community.

Your home was the perfect escape - relaxing and comfortable. The kids had a blast playing outside and the dining/kitchen area was perfect for everyone to gather around.

One morning I took a long walk to Gull Pond and it was so peaceful and rejuvenating. So easy to hop in the car to nearby beaches and dinner.

I have been coming to Cape Cod for vacation for a few years now and love it! I was a bit concerned about this rental since there weren't any reviews. The owner informed me they recently bought the house and this was the first year they were renting which is why they don't have reviews. The previous owners had rented the house out during the summer months for the last 20 plus years.

The house is exactly as described. When you first walk in, the house is very welcoming. The natural light coming in from the vaulted ceilings in the living room is fantastic. We had really nice weather so we spent a lot of time on the deck and made good use of the hammock. The kitchen is huge! There is plenty of room for the whole family at the dining room table. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. I also appreciated how clean the house is.

We enjoyed walking on the beach and kayaking on the pond (we were early in the season so we brought our own). We explored the quaint shops in Wellfleet and the beautiful sunsets at the bay. The really great thing about this house is the location. Everything is a quick drive away. I also love the mature trees and quiet area where the house is. It's secluded but you don't feel like you're lost in the woods. There are houses all around but you still feel like you have privacy. It helps that this house is on a large lot with lots of trees all around.
I wish we could have stayed longer. I was a bit concerned since it was so early in the season but it ended up being perfect.

There are lots of restaurants around that were open already for the season. The nice thing about being early in the season is there weren't any crowds anywhere we went. It was just perfect! We really needed a quick getaway to recharge and that's exactly what this rental provided. We will definitely be renting this house again! It was a great experience for us! show more show less

Absolutely delighted with our stay at Moss Landing! Moss Landing was exactly what my little family needed. From the charming sunroom to the generously sized bedrooms that offered both comfort and ample space for all our activities, this place exceeded our expectations in every way.

The sunroom was by far our favorite room. Its inviting ambiance and the natural light pouring in made it the perfect setting for our morning coffee. The tranquility it offered set a positive tone for the rest of our day.

The bedrooms were not only incredibly roomy, but they also catered to all our needs. Whether we wanted to engage in board games, binge-watch our favorite TV shows, or simply curl up with a good book, the bedrooms provided the ideal environment.

The convenience of having the lake nearby meant we could easily indulge in water activities and lakeside picnics, adding an extra touch of leisure to our stay.

Our stay at Moss Landing, in Wellfleet, was nothing short of amazing. It catered to our family's needs in the best possible way and the peaceful neighborhood made it an unforgettable experience.
