Welcome to our ''Hidden Gem'' which is tucked away in a private neighborhood with all the comforts and amenities that you will need for a fun-filled family vacation. It is also the perfect spot for a fall weekend on the outer Cape with numerous fall festivals, gorgeous hiking trails and beach walks. We are easy drive to everything from Chatham to P-Town, and a perfect spot if you are headed to Wellfleet Oysterfest or Chatham Oktoberfest! We are happy to rent for 3 night weekend, and have excellent Wifi if need to log in and work a bit Friday! ??. With three bedrooms, a loft, and two full bathrooms, plus and outdoor shower the house is roomy and comfortable. The large deck, screened in porch and spacious open floor plan for kitchen/dining/living room make this a great vacation home.

Our home is located just 2 miles from Wellfleet's National Seashore with gorgeous beaches, which include Newcomb Hollow, LeCounts Hollow and Cahoon Hollow which is home to the famous Beachcomber. As Wellfleet is at the narrowest part of the Cape, the bayside harbor and town center have lovely galleries, shops and restaurants and are only one mile away. The house is not far from the Trailhead at LeCount Hollow Road of the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is great opportunity for bike rides or walks. The Chequessett Club is located on the Cape Cod Bay in Wellfleet and has a public nine-hole golf course, and public pickle ball and tennis courts. There is also a wonderful park and playground near Mayo beach on the bay side which is great for little ones!

Enter into an open floor plan living room/dining room/kitchen, with a large dining table that seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an island for additional seating. If you like to cook or grill, everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. Off the dining room, is a lovely screened-in porch for dining or relaxing, even on a rainy Cape day. The back deck has a dining table that seats six, plus plenty of extra room and bench seating. Enclosed outdoor shower is perfect after a fun-filled beach day.

Off the kitchen area on the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower and a ''glamorous'' makeup vanity.

The second floor has a large bedroom with a king bed as well as a daybed that has a single trundle bed underneath (two twins). In addition, we have added a Peloton bike this year, which guests will be welcome to use. This room has plenty of space also for a pack-n-play for a toddler if you wanted to bring along. The full size upstairs bathroom includes tub/shower, and full size washer/dryer. There is also a loft sitting area, with great natural light. This is a great space for reading, relaxing, and includes a cabinet filled with games and puzzles. The couch pulls out to a full size futon bed.
