This three-bedroom (two queens and one double bed), three full bathroom house has a wrap-around porch and sliding glass doors facing the marsh. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, etc.

There is wireless internet access and cable flatscreen television. All rooms have ceiling fans and two bedrooms have window air conditioning.

There is a garage for storing bicycles and boating equipment.

The house is walking distance to island beaches and a 10-minute drive to Wellfleet Main Street and Town ocean beaches and ponds.

    Amazing place in a beautiful location

    We have stayed in David and Sharon's beautiful property twice and look foward to hopefully many more visits in future years, Lieutenant Island is very speical, one of the most naturally stunning and peaceful places we have ever been. This location is tucked away on the island and has the most amazing views day and night of the beautiful bay, The property itself is also fantastic, it has the feel of a home with love in it, and has all the space and amenities you need. David and Sharon are wonderful hosts and have everything you need to enjoy Wellfleet and the Cape. Could not recommend this place enough! show more show less

    Perfect location to enjoy the cape

    We've stayed on Lt Island for summer vacation now for years and it's so peaceful with beauty abound. The house is very private with views of the marsh. 2 beaches on Lt. Island for nice visits to quiet beaches and we are only 10 min from the big beaches. We also love the tide watch every day. The house has everything you need. We recommend this place.

    Our Happy Place

    We love the magical marsh house! The views are incredible, and we love watching the tide come in and out. At night, you feel like you're the only ones on the island. Even on a cloudy day, the house is full of light. It's close to everything, but when you turn off the main road you feel like you leave civilization behind. This is one of our favorite places to stay.

    Lt Island is a unique location in Wellfleet. Accessible from the mainland by a one lane wooden bridge and tidal-dependent causeway.
    Private and secluded, surrounded by marshland and other natural beauty yet minutes away from restaurants and other amenities, Town of Wellfeet and National Seashore ocean and bay beaches, and fresh water ponds. Pets are welcome to stay in our home and walk the Island beaches.

    The Town of Wellfleet is surrounded by the Cape Cod National Seashore. Wellfleet is known as an art gallery town with weekly town-wide gallery strolls and artists openings
