The attraction to this cottage is its proximity to the town center, harbor and restaurants. There are over ten restaurants within walking distance. Also grocery store and package store, shops, art galleries and town pier.

Just 0.1 mile to iconic Uncle Tim’s Bridge and pleasant walk around Cannon Hill. Truly a pedestrian’s delight.

National Seashore beaches are 3 mile drive or bike ride. There are nature trails, bike trails, and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. National Seashore Headquarters in South Wellfleet with Marconi Beach for $10 day-pass.

The 2-bedroom cottage has one bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Fully furnished with kitchen utensils. One bath with shower and washer/dryer.

Newly renovated, immaculate condition with private parking for two cars.

Small deck with gas grill. Gas stove inside, A/C, refrigerator and deep bowl kitchen sink.
There is good Wi-Fi and 42” Smart TV that is ready for streaming.
