Wonderful, Large, Comfortable Family Vacation Home with AC

We stayed here for the second time and it was just as lovely as the first time. The house was spotless - I've honestly never stayed in a rental this clean. Comfortable, roomy, well stocked, and the most wonderful deck for reading and hanging out. The location could not be better. The hostess is friendly and responsive. I hope to stay here again!

We had the most wonderful time at Joyce's home, fitting 7 of us comfortably. We were welcomed with a lovely hand written note and local made jam as a gift to enjoy. The house has new Mitsubishi AC/Heat units in every room, making it comfortable on those hot summer days. The house is very cozy, well stocked, has new appliances and fabulous washer/dryer in the very dry basement (has dehumidifier running 24/7). There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen, spice cabinet, coffee filters, etc. Nice touch we did not expect. Joyce went out of her way to make the home updated and prepared with games, beach chairs/towels, and very clean in every corner of the home.
We loved our stay and being near Wellfleet town was the best!! We went daily to Newcomb Beach (awesome easy access and food truck there for families to enjoy). Local Wellfleet farmers market and fish market are awesome!!! We went there regularly for fresh food to cook in Joyce's lovely kitchen and big dining table for us to all eat at together.
Joyce is an excellent attentive host. The rental price is reasonable and everything met our hopes, wants and needs. Your family will love it as much as us. show more show less

Perfect house, perfect location, and perfect host! My daughter and I stayed here with friends and we all had a wonderful time! The house is lovely, roomy, and comfortable, the location is great, and the host was extremely responsive, The house was immaculate, well stocked and the deck was a great place to hang out and relax with friends or just read. If you are looking for a really great place to stay in beautiful Wellfleet, this is it!

I cant say enough about this incredible home on Brown's Neck Road. Having stayed in Wellfleet for at least 25 summers, we have stayed in many properties- some terrific, some less so, but truly none as perfect as this.
The photos are accurate but don't even do justice to the actual property/home. Every room was spacious, comfy and well stocked. The kitchen, bathrooms and sunporch were standout, as was the deck-- absolutely next level.
Location could not be better and we were wanting for virtually nothing. Three minute drive to the Flying Fish and Box Lunch-- hard to beat that!
Important to note that the owners are genuinely wonderful people and responsive to every question within what seemed to be minutes.
Finally the air conditioning in every room was an unexpected bonus that truly made the week for us on top of everything else. With summers on the Cape (as everywhere) becoming increasingly warmer- they were an oasis.

We have stayed in this house a number of times with the previous owner and now with the new owner and have only positive things to say. It is a very comfortable and well outfitted house (e.g. it's nice that they furnish king sheets, as we don't have our own but could bring our own twin sheets) with spacious rooms and a great deck for socializing and relaxing. The mini-split AC units in each bedroom and the two ends of the downstairs are also very convenient.

The house is close enough to walk to downtown Wellfleet and it's an easy drive to beaches, etc. You can get a beach parking sticker and use the nearby ponds, which are great for young children.

A real keeper, we'll be back! show more show less

My family has rented this home for the last few years and we cannot say enough about how enjoyable it is. The house is spacious and comfortable for a large family and has all the conveniences that are needed on vacation. We also love to hang on the back deck and the outside shower is perfect after a long day at the beach. It is close to town but secluded enough where you have privacy. The beaches are also just a short drive away and the house has its own beach chairs so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. The homeowner is thoughtful and very responsive. We look forward to many more summers at this wonderful home! show more show less
