So close to the water ~ it feels like you are on a boat! This 1930s cottage oasis is sure to tug at those salty heartstrings yearning for years gone past. Enjoy time together... coffee and morning swims, lazy afternoon puzzle times and naps with a bay breeze, sunset and wine.

One bedroom on the first floor with a queen and three bedrooms upstairs with full sized beds. Five beds in total. Full bath upstairs with a tub. Covered deck with outside furniture and an enclosed outside shower.

*No A/C ~ There is an attic gable fan. Washer and Clothesline (No Dryer).

NO Pets Accepted. Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rate: $4500 per week in season * $100 Handling Fee (non-refundable) * State and Local Taxes Apply * Choice of $55 Vacation Rental Damage Fee (non-refundable) OR $500 Security Deposit (refundable).
