Anabel's home was a big hit with our mixed-generation family. We appreciated all of its features, from the spacious rooms, and comfortable layout to the well-equipped kitchen. Our week involved a wide range of weather conditions, making the screened porch and patio especially useful. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived, which is always a pleasure after a long journey. Anabel was a responsive and very friendly host. Would definitely return.

My family and I have been coming to this house for the past seven years. We never miss a Labor Day in this house and even spent an extra two weeks this past summer. We love this house. The condition is impeccable. Annabel keeps the house in perfect shape.

The back porch is perfect for coffee in the morning and the patio with firepit is perfect for evening s'mores. Each room is equipped with an AC for those hot summer months, but it is not always necessary with the cool breeze that passes through the house. All the appliances are in perfect working order and every utensil you will need is there. The BBQ is amazing and there is plenty of room for badminton and corn hole tournaments. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are great.

The location can't be beat. So close to the beach and ponds as well as town! We love coming here each summer and look forward to many more. show more show less

My wife with son, daughter in law, and two grandchildren have been renting this location for over 8 years. It's the perfect New England Cape Cod experience for a family. Located on a quiet side road. Large well equipped kitchen, walking distance to downtown Wellfleet, and short 5 min drive to Newcomb Hollow Beach. We always arrived to a clean house ready to move in.

This cape is open and amply sized. The kitchen is large and well appointed. The outdoor accommodations, including the screened-in porch, are particularly enticing. To top it off, the home is nestled on a quiet, wooded lot. The home is well maintained, and the landlord is a pleasure to deal with - that is why we stayed here for several years in a row. Highly recommended without reservation!

Truly wonderful
We loved our stay! The home is lovely, with a well equipped kitchen (a chef's dream), spacious and comfortable bedrooms, and fresh tasteful decor throughout. We particularly loved the screened-in porch for quiet evenings with a glass of wine, or lazy cup of coffee in the morning. Outdoors, the landscaping reflects the owners love of the property, and the patio and grill, as well as the outside shower got plenty of use. The location is perfect, being just a couple of minutes by car from Wellfleet, with its galleries, restaurants and market, while also being very close to both Gull Pond, the nearby crystal clear kettle pond, perfect for swimming and paddle boarding, as well as Newcomb Hollow and the endless beach of the National Seashore. Annabel was responsive and helpful but never intrusive. We can't wait to go back. show more show less
