The Nellie cottage is wonderful. It is a four minute walk to the beach, There's everything you need at this home from cooking equipment to chairs for the beach A gas grill, a private deck, a private sitting area outside and a very nice outside shower, which we used many times.Neni The owner was great. She answered all our questions. She was a text or email away. Can't wait to return and I highly recommend this cottage. You really can't beat the location. See you next year.

This lovely 2 BR cottage is located on a quiet dead-end gravel road just 100 yards from the ocean and Lecount Beach. It harkens back to what the Cape used to be, before the AirBnb all-white cookie-cutter aesthetic took over. It has lovely wood-paneled walls, a well-equipped kitchen with all the pots and panes and cooking utensils you could need, a large dining table and chairs, and comfortable sofas in the living room area. I was worried that it would feel dark inside, but there are lots of lamps and I had no trouble reading in the evenings. The beds (a queen and 2 twins) and pillows were comfortable, and the blankets that were provided were certainly adequate. The house also has central AC, which is really nice to have on hot and humid days; most Cape Cod beach houses lack this. One of the absolute highlights was the outdoor shower, well-enclosed on the sides, with ample hot water. It was heavenly! There's a porch on the east side of the house: not much of a view from there but there are comfortable wicker chairs with cushions, and it's a lovely place to read in the morning or late-afternoon after a day at the beach,a nd it's shielded from the neighbors. Although you have to supply your own sheets and towels (which is typical for Cape Cod), the house comes with beach chairs which is nice. The stove, fridge, coffee maker, and toaster all worked well, and Neni is a very responsive host who takes good care of her house. Highly recommended. We would definitely go back!

This cozy beach block cottage combines the best of both worlds. The interior has the feel of a cabin in the woods, with wood paneling, lovely and eclectic furnishings, and a very well-appointed kitchen. We had good weather and steady breezes that kept the house very comfortable. We enjoyed many outings over the course of the week and coming home to "Nellie" felt warm and inviting. The deck off the living area and the patio on the other side of the house also offer great places to read, relax and congregate. We highly recommend "Nellie!"

We had a wonderful week in this sweet cottage. Everything as advertised! It was clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. The owner goes out of her way to make sure her guests are well taken care of. The location is perfect - a short walk to Maguires Landing beach, an easy bike ride to PB Boulangerie, and a quick drive into the center of town. We will be booking here again next summer!

Given the easy beach access (a short walk to the oceanside beach!), the location is hard to beat. The cottage, situated on a quiet, dead-end street, is well-equipped, There's a choice of a deck or patio for outdoor seating, and a reasonably spacious living area inside. For those summer days when the ocean breeze fails, the cottage even has air conditioning. Our days on the beach, followed by an outdoor shower and dinners on the patio (there's a gas grill), made for a lovely, relaxed week; we will do this again!

We were so pleased with the house and the location! The home was comfortable and nicely decorated. The AC was much appreciated, and we enjoyed the beach supplies. The neighborhood is great and the beach is so close!

We had the good fortune to stay at this cottage in September, post Labor Day. The location is fantastic and it really changed the way we spent our week in Wellfleet. Other years we had to plan our time at the beach, pack the car and drive over. Here we could stroll down the road and land at LeCount Hollow Beach. We walked on the beach each morning and evening which was a treat. The cottage is just as described - it's very comfortable, including everything you need in the kitchen to cook including some lovely dishes. We used the outdoor shower all the time - it was strong and had very hot water. Everything we needed for the beach was there - chairs, umbrella, cooler which made packing easier.
We could hear the ocean from our room at night and the street is very quiet. It made for a peaceful getaway which is just what we wanted. Also, the owner was available when needed and quick to respond to questions. A pleasure to deal with.
We look forward to staying here again!

Short walk to beautiful beach. Well stocked kitchen area. Quiet and comfortable. AC and internet work well. We have stayed at this cottage multiple times and always enjoy it. The owner is extremely nice.

Neni was a great and responsive host. The cottage is as advertised. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. The outdoor shower and patio were especially nice. And of course the proximity to the ocean was the best part. A little bit expensive, but we were very happy with our stay.

We enjoyed a perfect beach vacation thanks to the location and amenities offered by this fun, cool, cozy home. It has it a great outdoor shower, well equipped kitchen, great grill and tables for outdoor dining, great porch and porch seating, strong Wi-Fi and tv options, etc. Also, it is convenient to Lecount Hollow Beach, the Wellfleet Audubon Sanctuary, and the town of Wellfleet. This was our second year in a row, we love it so much!

We had rented 2 cottages, with a family of 5 in one, our family of 4 in this cottage. We liked the cottage a lot! It's clean and comfortable, even spacious. The back deck is pleasant, and the patio with gas grill was roomy enough for our combined group (9) to dine. The kitchen is well stocked and the island seating was a bonus.

And we cannot leave out the location - an easy walk to the beach at LeCounts Hollow!! We would love to stay there again!

My family of four (two adults, two kids 6/8) loved our week-long rental of this cute cottage. So close to a spectacular yet not too crowded beach, the house had everything we needed for an easy vacation. While small inside, it's not cluttered or crowded, and very clean and well-kept. The beach supplies were welcome and in good shape. And the outdoor shower was heavenly!

This is the cutest house, within walking distance of the beach! we were able to see the sunrise, walk along the beach or just chill on the deck and enjoy the weather. It's immaculate, has a fully working kitchen (although we ate out), and an outdoor shower, perfect for washing sand off before going into the house. I highly recommend this place!

We have rented this cottage for a week every summer for 3 or 4 years. Location is great--a short walk to the beach. Bathroom is quite small, but OK. Some nice updates this year.

We were delighted with every aspect of this rental. The gracious host had thought of every convenience and amenity for our stay, including little things I so often miss, like a set of scales, a good beach umbrella, citronella candles, virtually everything I needed! The house was immaculately clean. The appliances were all new or in top shape. The Internet connection was strong, the TV was great. All the furnishings were very well curated, the space was integrated and comfortable without being cluttered.

There are multiple outdoor sitting and eating areas, as well. Access to the beach is a nice short walk down a gentle path, leading to the Public Beach access at Lecount Hollow. The neighborhood is lovely. There are an abundance of back roads and trails for excellent walks and hikes. We walked the trails all the way to Marconi Beach one afternoon, it was a stunning ocean cliffside walk.

We would strongly recommend this rental to others and hope to stay there again.

This rental was the perfect location! We had bad weather at the beginning and end of our stay but this didn't stop us at all. Being walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach we were able to pop down to the beach as soon as the weather cleared up. This house was clean and the central air worked great even on the hottest day we had. The open kitchen/living space was great for post-beach chill time.

We ate out most days. For breakfast, we went to either PB Boulangerie for authentic french pastries or the Blue Willow for breakfast sandwiches and cold brew. Both were within a 17-minute walk or 2-minute drive. For dinner, it was a quick 10-minute drive to the downtown area or a nice 1 mile(ish) walk on the beach to the Beachcomber. When we did eat at the house there were all the kitchen items we needed and a well-maintained gas grill.

The host was great and very responsive if we had any questions. She made sure we felt safe as the tropical storm rolled in and had extra beach chairs at our disposal in case we needed them.

The week was such a delight! We ended it with a relaxing evening beach sunset where we watched the seals and surfers as the sun went down followed by a small beach fire and some s'mores. I wish I was there every week!!!!

We had a lovely time, charming cottage, well stocked kitchen, great outdoor cooking and dining space, lovely outdoor shower. We slept to the sound of the ocean each night, highly recommended. Thank you, Neni.
