A contemporary home, located on a hill on .68 acre wooded lot on a dead-end street. The house is an 'upside-down' house with 2 large bedrooms and a bath on the first floor (not in the basement, the basement is another level down) and the master bedroom, bath and living room/kitchen/dining area on the second floor. The living room/dining/kitchen area has windows and sliding glass doors running the entire length of the space of 40 ft that leads out to a deck with treetop views. The living area is one big open space with a soaring ceiling and a skylight.

The house is very bright and airy with large windows in all the rooms. Because the living space is up high, it is very private, and the front glass wall makes it great for sunsets and star gazing. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. There are two other large bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other has 1 queen and 2 singles, one a bunk bed. Overall each floor is about 800 sqft, not including the deck.
