There are two bedrooms on this level, both with queen beds and a full bath with tub/shower combination.
Step out to the welcoming deck boasting dining table, chairs & umbrellas, lounge chairs, benches, gas grille and an enclosed shower to the side. All this overlooks a very serene yard with 2 koi ponds.
The second level of the home is the primary bedroom suite which is private. The bedroom has a queen bed, easy chairs, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and a closet larger than you'll ever need while on vacation! The bedroom opens to a deck with comfortable cushioned chairs and table. The adjacent bath offers a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.
The property has been thoughtfully landscaped and is a short distance from the village center and harbor, freshwater ponds, and Cahoon Hollow Beach on the ocean is 2.9 miles.
The home has a handy first-floor laundry room; YouTubeTV, beach chairs provided for you.

    Lovely summer home

    We have returned to this rental several years running now.
    Clean and well maintained, good beds, excellent AC Units, nice deck and Lawn with Koi Ponds and fun lighting in a perfect location. Well supplied, on site laundry and outdoor shower a plus!
    By comparison to other similar properties, a good value.
    Highly recommend. We love our Wellfleet vacations!
