Nestled between ocean and bay, this cottage offers a wide variety of family activities. It is cute, comfortable, and has an open floor plan to spread out and relax. It was built in 1970 and is a short walking (100 yards) distance to Barton's & Indian Neck Beaches.

The cottage sleeps 6 and has a full inside bathroom as well as enclosed outside shower. We have a recently renovated full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The living space has a TV in every room, high speed internet, WiFi, a DVD player, and WII for evening games. Our back yard has a grill, picnic table, chairs, fire pit, and basketball court. We also have beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use during their stay.

    Great Wellfleet Rental

    We have been renting in Wellfleet for 10 years and came across this wonderful cottage for our 2 week vacation this year! The 3 spacious bedrooms were perfect for our family and the living space was also exactly what we needed to host friends for dinner. The backyard is larger than it looks in the listing and has a great fire pit and outdoor shower.

    The cottage is a short walk to two bay side beaches (Burton Baker and Hiawatha) where we enjoyed swimming, watching the kids play and catching gorgeous sunsets.

    Easy communication with the owners/manager made our stay a breeze!     show more show less

    Lovely cottage very close to the beach!

    This is a lovely, well maintained cottage within walking distance to Burton Baker beach! It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. There is an updated, amply stocked kitchen, and a good sized table for family meals (or games!). We were grateful to have several of the "extra" amenities, including the full-sized washer and dryer and A/C units in every bedroom. We also enjoyed both the outdoor shower and fire pit several times during our stay!

    It's in a great location surrounded by quiet, low traffic roads perfect for running or walking and an easy drive to downtown Wellfleet, the local ponds, and the ocean beaches. The host is friendly and responsive! Highly recommend it!! show more show less

    Great Cape stay

    Cottage is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked to cook if desired. Washer and dryer is in basement and a must for longer stays. We love the outdoor shower! Cottage is within walking distance to Burton Baker beach and easy drive to ocean beaches. We go back every year!
